In order I’d go for these as a Salah replacement. They’re not all out and out RWF but can certainly play there

Wirtz
Guler

I’ve a couple of more leftfield ones in

Mbuemo (improving year on year)
Semenyo (Surprised he’s not getting more noise, but he can play. I rate him).

I've always liked Adeyemi as well but I know some think he flatters to deceive a bit.

Kvaratskhelia as well, I know he's predominantly a LW but he's two footed and if we're looking to replace Salah's goals (as best we can) then he's the stand-out candidate.

I'm not arguing with the logic of getting the top talents early, it's absolutely sound. But also increasingly difficult as players become more clued-up about which clubs are right for their development and with the likes of RM willing to go big on players like Vinicius, Rodrygo and Guler really early.

An interesting future market might be the wonder-kids who take a bit more time to develop or get pushed out by the next big thing. Arsenal have done well with Odegaard and I know we were linked with Guler in the summer.

I think we do have a reputation for bringing through youth from the Klopp days, hopefully the same happens under Slot.

On your latter point, Rodrygo does look at risk of being the one to suffer reduced minutes for Real so that could be the type of player tempted away

I'd be delighted with Rodrygo.

Not so sure on Mbuemo. I've always seen him as a bit of a Bowen type player, admire the hustle he puts into the game and he's got pace and a finish. But I'm not sure he's got enough for a club looking to challenge for the top honours.

Mbuemo seems to pick up injuries and I do think against a low block he does lack that piece of skill.

Semenyo is not a bad shout. He has tekkers but needs to add consistency.

I think the new format will succeed or fail in the final couple of game weeks. Theoretically there should be far fewer dead rubbers and loads of permutations as to who qualifies and who slips into playoffs.
