Nottingham Forest are really surprising everyone this season. 7 goals conceded, 3 wins in a row and find themselves above Arsenal.

Hope they can carry this form on into their upcoming games with Arsenal and City.

Makes me feel a little better about losing to them, it clearly wasn’t a fluke performance. Only worry is that City and Arsenal will be more forewarned about them than we were.

Yeah, they deserved to beat us so no complaints.

Tsimikas had a good game yesterday. I can see why all the players say he is one of the strongest players in the squad. He won all his duels and his corners are worth 10m alone.

I think he gets quite a lot of undue criticism to be honest, he is a decent back up and squad player to have.

I wouldn’t be confident having him first choice though, and Robbo’s level has definitely dropped. It’s a position that needs looking at next summer.

Highly probable that he ends up at Madrid but I’d like to see us at least try for Davies.

Davies is way too attacking for me, which would be fine if TAA left. Otherwise we need a much more defensive player for that position.

yeah, mainly cause we were so poor but they got their tactics spot on. Bournemouth also showed vs us even though they lost 3-0? how brave they were and further convinced Iraola is a good manager and theyre a dangerous team...
Brentford arent mugs either under Frank, people saying easy start etc when we've played half the current top 10 in the opening 10... And the bottom half was a potential banana skin opening day away game at a promoted side, away vs utd a huge historical rival.
We faced Palace at the right time and probably Wolves tbf, both away who will surely pick up form and cause a lot of teams problems as they have before.

League after 10 games is pretty good reflection.

City have a tough run of fixtures coming up too.

Let’s see where we are New Year’s Day which is roughly 20 games in and we’ve played everyone.

I predicted a win for City but was quietly thinking they could drop points because Bournemouth are clearly no mugs after getting results against Arsenal and Villa.

City do look to be struggling. Their last four games you would normally expect them to win with ease, but they huffed and puffed to get three of the wins and lost one.

For left back already mentioned Ait Noori but 2 to watch out for are Kerkez and Davies at Ipswich. Kerkez is almost 6ft too so will be decent in the air.

had them to win 0-2 but when i put that i again felt i was doing Bournemouth a disservice prob should have given Bournemouth a goal at home, esp since City have been letting in goals.

been a fan of kerkez for a while, no idea about Davies. Really like the look of Semenyo for a while now too, could he be the new mane? see if he gets 10-15 goals this season. Thats what Mane was getting at Southampton, he got 8 last in 33 already on 4 this and our DoF is former Bournemouth? I know people will say we need other positions first but who knows.
