We maybe short at CB, depending on how long Gomez is out for..

But the way I see it and have for a while, is that we obviously didn't need signings last summer and we may not now.. So only spend big when we need to!

Endo is a good player, doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Every appearance is a 7/10 as a minimum.

Weirdly seemed to be scapegoated somewhat when we collapsed at the end of last year, when it was actually little to do with him rather than our forwards form totally dropping off a cliff.

Gonna be an important player during the run in, particularly if we keep getting centre back injuries as he might have to cover there. I think Slot is starting to trust him more now and deservedly so, he’s the ideal player to bring on when we need to shut a game down.

Last summer most of the annoyance was over the contracts over the star players and that still remains.

Slot clearly wanted a midfielder hence why we had an offer accepted for Zubi but to his credit he converted Grav and that has worked wonders.

If I ever see LFC fans chanting FSG out, then they instantly lose all respect from me!

FFP will only work if you spend correctly... Sign big when you need to and also don't sign just for the sake of signing!

Not that I said FSG out once but if someone had said there’s a wañķer on the Liverpool board crowing in December then I’d 100% have guessed Mamba.

Slot has said he’s happy with the squad as it is, so doubt we see any incomings.

Depends on the contracts really. If they’re not signing then it would be a bad idea to try and get one or two in Jan. We have the squad space.

Wouldn’t be a bad idea*

Transfers are all about opportunity when you run a club like us. We haven't got the finances to force the issue by chucking in an extra 10m here and there. So if we make moves entirely depends on if players are available and in January very few clubs are keen to lose important players. In an ideal world, I'd like to see us get Trent's replacement in now and give them half a season with the pressure off to settle in but that sort of player is unlikely to be moving in January.

Yep he wanted Salah gone. He hated the fact that Mane was never given a contract and we decided Salah was the player to invest in.

Salah V Hazard was never a debate. Salah V Henry let's see where that ends up.

I'd say be cautious, we've got ourselves in a great position but remember last season wasnt such a bad position either was it? Lets not forget what happened. We made do and did well to go as far as we could, won the first cup with half a team of kids cos of injuries and fixture pile ups then fell off at the end as injured players came back not match fit and the ones who filled in burnt out.

So as good as its gone, its still only half of a season and nothings been won.

I know I criticized Salah when his form had dropped off, but never once did I say that he needs to be shipped off!

As when his form did drop, he was still providing a lot of key moments, not like he's been this season but still enough to win us matches.

Mane unfortunately wanted to leave and ultimately it was the worst move of his career...
Really sad as he was in the form of his life when he left.
