Regarding that line-up, I wouldn't be against having Cazorla on the bench. My problem remains with Ozil playing out wide.

Ozil has played out wide for Madrid and Germany loads of times. He would be a liability defensively but we would have a lot more possession with Cesc in the team anyway, he wouldn't have to defend that much.

I've already explained how he'll disrupt the balance. The Barca theory is a pretty good example, if you cannot see it, then as I said you are a bit thick.

Darren, i think people are accepting of Fabregas' situation because he wanted to play for his home town club at a time where they were the best in the world. Fair enough he couldve acted a little bit better but when you get a chance to resign a world class player, it should always be taken.

I think both Ozil and Cesc can work together. In the same way Santi and Ozil do. Just have them interchange positions just like Ozil and Santi do now.

No ones insulting Wenger, its just that its a transfer that will be beneficial to all parties. Plus, i think some fans are rather skeptical about our signings actually occuring lol especially after last seasons debacle.

50P you haven't explained anything

You've come out with cliched garbage which is why I compared you to Adrian Chiles

Majority of Ozils best moments came from being out wide. Why not have them interchange just like Santi and Mesut do right now?

I wouldn't want situation like our first half against Everton last December happening again. We were just overwhelmed down the flanks.

I don't think that was the case. Besides, as I have already said, Fabregas simply cannot play put wide.

mezur, fair play.

To be honest, I don't think it'd work. Like I don't think Santi and Ozil has worked either.

I questioned them being able to play together last year and got loads of shiiiiite, but I think my questions were justified.

Anyway, I'm sure the ballacks I'm talking isn't gonna stop you guys arguing so there we go. World Cup is on and it's much better.

Night. Bats, take some valium, love you all.

Overwhelmed because we kept surrendering possession to them.

Gone are the days where goalkeepers from opposition teams came to the Emirates and put in man of the match performances.

We don't create that many chances and we don't dominate possession like we used to, even Stoke left the Emirates with more possession than us last season.

When Cesc was here, we never won anything because our team was full of bottlers and we couldn't defend. That has changed now and with him and a world class striker in the team we could really take ourselves to the next level, playing with the style and fluency of old but having the defensive and 'menthol strength' to back it up.

But hey lets look at the bigger picture and sign up that multi million pound bench warming GK that we've been crying out for.

Cesc is a bit of a bottler never really stepped up for big games. Ramsey is mentally much stronger.

lmao 50p Cesc wont be interfering with Ramsey's position though?! Hes an improvement on Santi! Strengthens our midfield as a whole. Watch the arsenal youtube vids.. When asked who would they bring back both Wilshere and Chesney said Fabregas. No ego thing. Just benefits the team by improving it.

On this article 50P has said the following:

We don't need Cesc because we are strong in his position but we need Casillas despite being strong in his position.

Fabregas doesn't perform in big games.

Fabregas will disrupt the balance in the team - his reasoning behind this is that Ramsey wants to be the main man. Yes, that's right, the balance of the entire team revolves around Ramsey's emotional demands.

Fabregas will kill Wilshere who coincidentally has not had as good a season as his debut when you guessed it, he played alongside Fabregas.

You really are the Adrian Chiles of ja606. So clueless.

posted on 9/6/14

You sure that Fabregas wasn't one of those bottlers? They were all responsible in my opinion.

As someone said, it would be interesting to see if Ozil and Fabregas would actually work in the same team.

Slight bit of pedantry; Stoke had just under 50% of the ball at the Emirates. That's still far too much, mind. There are other reasons why we don't keep the ball as well as we used to. I would go through them, but it's late.
