There had been tension and conflict between the Arabs and the Jews, and between each of them and the British forces, ever since the 1917 Balfour Declaration and the 1920 creation of the British Mandate of Palestine. British policies dissatisfied both Arabs and Jews. The Arabs' opposition developed into the 1936–1939 Arab revolt in Palestine. The Jewish resistance developed into the Jewish insurgency in Palestine (1944–1947), These ongoing tensions erupted on 30 November 1947 into civil war between the Arab and Jewish populations in response to the UN Partition Plan to divide Palestine into three areas: an Arab state, a Jewish state and the Special International Regime for the City of Jerusalem.
On 15 May 1948 the ongoing civil war transformed into an inter-state conflict between Israel and the Arab states. A combined invasion by Egypt, Jordan and Syria, together with expeditionary forces from Iraq, entered Palestine - Jordan having declared privately to Yishuv emissaries on May 2 it would abide by a decision not to attack the Jewish state.[11] The invading forces took control of the Arab areas and immediately attacked Israeli forces and several Jewish settlements.[12][13][14] The 10 months of fighting, interrupted by several truce periods, took place mostly on the former territory of the British Mandate and for a short time also in the Sinai Peninsula and southern Lebanon.[15]
As a result of the war the State of Israel retained the area that the UN General Assembly Resolution 181 had recommended for the proposed Jewish state and also took control of almost 60% of the area allocated for the proposed Arab state,[16] including the Ja ffa, Lydda and Ramle area, Galilee, some parts of the Negev, a wide strip along the Tel-Aviv-Jerusalem road, West Jerusalem, and some territories in the West Bank. Transjordan took control of the remainder of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Egyptian military took control of the Gaza Strip. No Arab Palestinian state was created. In 1949 all the belligerents - except the Iraqis and the Palestinians - signed the 1949 Armistice Agreements.
The conflict triggered important demographic changes in the area and through the Middle East. Around 700,000 Palestinian Arabs fled or were expelled from the area that became Israel and they became Palestinian refugees.[17] In the three years following the war, about 700,000 Jews immigrated to Israel with one third of them having fled, or having been expelled, from their previous countries of residence in the Middle East

Jews have been persecuted and kicked out of Arab lands for many decades, there are hardly any left.
Israel is the size of Yorkshire & Lancashire combined - i.e. it's not big.
Israel - short of destroying itself - will never be accepted. It is a red line for Hamas and they have stated as much this year. If the Palestine leaders guaranteed peace and the recognition of Israel then I would agree, removing Israelis from the West bank would be right - but this has never been offered and Palestine leaders have said it never will be offered.

Sums it up, its very clear who caused all this.
Honestly don't understand what is so hard to grasp for some.,

You mean things like Israel building settlements on occupied land which is illegal under UN conventions?
Performing contrary to the geneva convention which Israel subscribed to which protects civilians from "collective punishment"
Like dividing a people (West Bank and Gaza) territories that are miles apart and have a big wall separating them?
Denying Palestinians self determination.
Killing boys playing football on the beach?
Yeah can't see what the problem is(!)

Is this not the first problem though ? The bright idea to put it there?
We know why it was put there. Same reason US/UK supports it.

But it isn't gonna move, whether we agree with it or not.
So that is a dead point, the conflict needs to end but won't because Hamas won't allow it too and have vowed never to stop and surrender.

The root cause was how Israel was started, not its existence. And by the way did you know an Israeli pm once boasted that Jews brought terrorism to the Middle East and the world. You should read about their campaign of terror against Britain and Arabs before 47. It might just change your perspective. Or read some of the UN resolutions on Israel.

Israel became a country when it was recognised and accepted by the united nations. The problem isn't how Israel started, the problem was the failure of Arab states and people to recognise the state of Israel or creation of the state (even before the creation).
