phil, perhaps you joined the discussion late, but the points you've raised were not the ones we were discussing.
Apologies if I was unduly harsh when replying to you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not harsh at all, this is a site for debate after all
It came across like a rant because it had little to no bearing on the subject in hand.
But you're right, none of us have crystal balls to see into the future. I'm merely using what has historically happened at clubs, not just Arsenal, when they have built new grounds.
Perhaps Everton will buck this trend?
Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Alas, I can wait no longer right now and must leave.

I came in when I seen you and a Fellow gooner both referring Everton as a selling club.I merely pointed out that you have been that for years and in the same timescale the club you support has made it's business in hand to rinse it's loyal supporters at the same time.Adding insult to injury

Not so loyal judging by the true attendance figures.
Talk about lifting what you want (or don't want) and ignoring all else
Look at the original article and ask how it got to this?
OP has a weird obsession with Arsenal and wants to watch while people argue over his shît

"You are paying more than supporters of teams that win the league."

No one is denying our season ticket prices are too high, but go ask a Man City supporter why their attendances for home CL matches are so low.
Go on...

Ulike Arsenal they dont massage the attendance figures
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Point avoided.
Really, if you're not going to bother discussing the points in hand, there seems little point in continuing this.

No, my comment is based on the fixed attendance figures reported by the club and what the actual attendance was

Is Chambers only in the big boys squad because of injuries to Clyne and Stones. Yes or No
Was Chambers Southampton's first choice RB or Centre back during his stay there. Yes/No.
Dunno myself but judging by this season compared to last season he's getting on average more mins on pitch per game than he did at the Saints.
Is this true or False.
Here we go I've looked at the article and I'm asking an Arsenal supporter a few questions, can you answer them objectively

I never changed the subject, I just commented that Chambers is lucky due to players getting injured. Otherwise he would be with the U21's while the talent got senior caps
Here we go I've looked at the article and I'm asking an Arsenal supporter a few questions, can you answer them objectively
-----------------------
Each one is a rhetorical question that you can answer for yourself but I'll humour you - yes,no,yes
Has Chambers improved this season? I'd say so
Does he look out of place in the Arsenal team? Not at all
Has he been thrown in the deep end because of injuries? Certainly
It's all coming a bit soon for him but I think it will improve him so long as he doesn't get injured
Does the OP come across as an obsessive wum?
I'll let you decide

You are right, he has not been sent off, that was a mistake by the poster....he has however got a one game suspension against Hull for getting to 5 yellow cards.....
5 yellow cards?
Hilarious
I think that equates to a card a PL start

If a concert sells out but half the audience don't show up it's still a sell concert.
Really not sure why you are struggling so much with this concept.
It's probably the worst side of his game but the rest of his talents make up for it and he'll improve
Is yellow cards all you've got left now?
And what about that phantom sending off?

A card a game for a defender is not good #rash
Doesn't matter who said it mate it highlights how poorly thought out this wum has been
Sold out matches and yellow cards
Whoever got in your goat must have been a real bàstard
Tbh, were I a Toffee I'd be more concerned about Lukaku's stats than Chamber's.
