Do you seriously believe that?
Sorry truthhurts but I am a Hamilton fan (though NOT fanboy) and to think he would throw away any opportunity to show Rosberg who is boss is delusional.
GCG, it would assist a great deal in your education to read my posts thoroughly before you comment. Does not being hunting down, cornering and destroying someone else prove who is the boss. Have you not driven a powerful machine where some boy-racer in his souped up hatch think they can outrace you and you give them a chance by waiting and then destroying them. You wait again and then you destroy them...
You get the picture now!
Truthhurts, I did FULLY read tour post. My comment was regarding yours that Hamilton was cruising.
I agree he will probably hunt him down, but to suggest he would knowingly throw away the opportunity to outqualify Rosberg more times this season is plain daft. Even IF he wins the WDC.
And also do you think he prefers starting in second on the dirty side of the track? Especially with Bottas sitting in the third grid position. I don't think so.
So please don't YOU start insinuating you know more about F1 than me, we have enough of that from other quarters thank you.
Tour post? Yet again predictive text strikes. Your post obviously.
Lewis is not the Greatest of all time for nothing. He does not seek vain Glory like your boy racers, Vettel chasing fastest laps. Lewis is smart and knows that no one in F1 alive or dead dare hold a candle against him, dismantling Rosberg for him today will be piece of cake.
This is the United States of America, people here want to see a show and no show can be provided while he is romping away in the lead, with Britney trundling along since now there is no COACHING allowed. Lewis knows his talents and no one can match him!

hamiltons one lap pace has always been his party piece -
----------- however all the signs are pointing to the suggestion that rosberg is quicker over one lap and lewis is no quicker than any of the other top name drivers out there --
hamilton is very , very , very , lucky that the likes of bottas and ricciardo are not in identical machinery for i fear his fairyland status would be well and truly exposed
Hamilton NOT the greatest of all time by any stretch of the imagination. I think he us ONE of the best if not THE best of the current crop. And MA I include Ricciardo and Bottas in the higher end of that crop along with Alonso. In my eyes Vettel though is more middle pack despite 4 WDCs. I feel he was the VERY VERY lucky guy. His fairytale status is no more.
Lewis hamiltons greatest skill is his overtaking and race skill, and unrelenting aggression. I have no doubt he will get past nico if his brakes get sorted
how many people are going to bite?
It is the obvious arrogance and wum from 2 of the above posters that stop me posting on this board more.

Ty Sid I do try, though it is difficult to stay calm sometimes. Obviously my diplomacy and patience isn't as good some others here claim they are.

yeh -- will agree that vettel has been slow in adapting his style for the new generation of cars , not helped by all the mechanical troubles he has suffered at nearly every race ,
----------------- however for me it is more of a confidence thing and a lack of time because of his never ending mechanical problems to fine tune his technique to achieve the optimal performance from the chassis -
----------- however i am not so naive to judge a driver on one single average season and there is no doubt in my mind that somebody as intelligent as vettel will eventually hone his technique to become the force he once was -
-------------- in fact i strongly believe that vettel has the intelligence and natural ability to end the ferrari malaise and add further to his score of 4x WDC ---
--------------- it would take a brave man to bet his house that vettel will not add more WDCs to his total before his career ends , in fact it would not surprise me if he equals the total of the biggest manufactured champion in the history of the sport -
