We should start exactly the same team against Southampton. Quite hopeful we can get something now Morgan is out although draw is most likely

I'd take a pt at Southampton.

Although Chelsea dominated them they're a resilient bunch.

Darko, you could have made this article on the United board.

Same as.

Quietly optimistic about what? That we will finish top 4? Because we all knew that would happen anyway. Apart from that our season is over from a PL point of view. All focus should be on the Monaco game. A run in the CL is the only thing that can save this shambles of a season.

We can look forward to the season ahead to watch our yeam do well. Play football that'll instill confidence to the 2015/16 season.

Negative idiots like you should go support Chelsea

I'm not being negative you twát. I am being realistic. What you have just said backs up my previous comment. Instill confidence for next season? So you admit this season is a write off then? Fúcking pleb.

ps with the injuries and pressure on Wenger linked with our current position of CL last 16, healthy league position and FA cup retention chance I think we have done well

lol, so you're happy for this season to just coast by like nearly all others in recent years? I don't look forward to the inevitable loss to the first big team we face in the CL. Only thing to look forward to is another cup run (hopefully). 4th is just par for the course, not exciting.

And 15/16 will be much the same unless personnel at the top of the club changes. But yeah, I'll go support the scu mmy Blues...

And why would I go support Chelsea? Because I can see the season to date has been a massive failure? Blind idiots like you should fúck off and 'support' PSG/Monaco/Dortmund or whoever Wenger ends up at next because nobody wants plastics like you pretending you support Arsenal.

I mean you cite our inclusion in the FA Cup, a tournament that hasn't even started yet as one of our reasons for doing well. Just fúck off and die you utter cancer of a fan.

Mate you're talking like contesting City and Chelsea with an average of 4 first XI players out is easy

We have an easy last 16 draw and remain in the FA Cup.. nothing is a write off yet

You're the one being unrealistic if you think we are doing poor under the circumstances, you complete reed

WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP USING INJURIES AS EXCUSES WHEN IT HAS BEEN ONE OF OUR BIGGEST PROBLEMS FOR NEARLY A DECADE. IT ISN'T BAD LUCK, IT HAPPENS FOR A REASON.

Injuries will be the excuse in 15/16 16/17. Guaranteed

Yohans Kebab

Go take a look at Chelseas injuries and compare them to ours. It's that simple. We still have positives in the season as the OP explains, while we can build for a good go at the title with our full squad next season.

The entitlement of many gooners is ludicrous really. We all want to win the league but some of these clowns act like its our god given right to and that Wenger is terrible for not winning it.

Only city and chelsea are in a position to demand the league title, we are competing against 2 juggernauts whether we like it or not

posted on 28/12/14

So blame Wenger for the injuries our players get?

5th with a chance to move up to 3rd behind City and Chelsea in the next week..........

The Godfather, at the start of the season you were saying we made excellent summer signings and would compete with them.

And now you are saying they are juggernauts and we have no chance.

Just tell me man, why do you do it? Why do you keep lying to us and yourself just to make excuses for Wenger? Why? What are you getting from it?

Which is a problem every year, why? Sorry mate, but it's about as tiring as the no money to spend excuse. It's no longer valid, the training methods and medical team are clearly failing.

Oh apparently we have a divine right to win the league, where has anyone said this? It's bollox and being 13 points off the pace is acceptable I suppose? Brilliant ambition.

Apparently we all expect a clean sweep of trophies in the world of AKB. It's so facking pathetic, they are blind little sheep.

posted on 28/12/14

Godfather, you told me a few months ago the difference in points to Chelsea is down to form alone and the difference between us, Chelsea and City will be "as thin as a f@g paper" (sic)

Do you stand by this? And if so, do you accept Wenger is failing this season?

posted on 28/12/14

Lucky win that we didn't deserve expect Southampton to school us in our next game.

Wenger Out!!
