Doctor said I can do lightweights, currently curling like 4kg in my back room like I used to do when I was like 15 even when this is fully healed I dunno how it'll feel pyschologically doing some big lifts, or pull ups, even tricep dips, kinda makes me cringe thinking about it.

You'll be alright. Just keep your progression gradual and get it checked every now and again. You'll be muscling up in your weighted vest in no time.

There's a little Asian lad trying to do pull ups and dips with a 25kg plate.

He's so cute he's moving about 1/3 of an inch in both movements. Looks so unsafe.
