Rest is important to the muscle building process so it's easy to conclude that without weed you're never going to be able to put on muscle.

Think I asked it before, but I'll ask again as it's more appropriate for this thread:
Mushrooms. Count as your 5-a-day? Also what are the main advantages and how do they stack up to spinach, lettuce, broccoli, etc.
Some types of mushroom contain quite a bit of nutritional worth. They are also generally low calorie. I would count some of them towards your five a day.
Though I would also say that five a day isn't enough and that you should be aiming for seven.
