Teece what do you use to get momentum on a deadlift. hip drop or roling the bar?
Hip drop feels much more natural to me.

He thinks they are pointless and will give you bad posture. I agree more now i've researched it but i think for strength based purposes they do have some use if done weighted

I took delivery of a weighted vest today. 20kg. It's awesome. Also deceptively heavy.
If you held it in your hands you would swear it was closer to 30 than 20. I certainly did.
