There's some guy in his 50s doing single arm bicep curls with 20kg 12 reps at a time and I swear to god the range of motion is 15 degrees.
He's doing something I've never seen before now
He's on the preacher curl with a 45kg Z bar, and he stands up as he does the eccentric movement, then levers the concentric half by sitting down and using his entire body weight to pivot at the elbow.
it's always the old people that do the weirdest chit in gyms

What about the other 2 days you lazy fack
Seriously though i would swap weds and thurs so that the gaps between weight/resistance training sessions are more evenly distributed over the 7 day week.

Alright guys, any advice would be great on this, I can jog long distances, even train legs and do core exercises, planking etc.
Whenever I put that exertion levels to 100% say with a competitive sport like football where you sprint my groin, hamstring, glute all start to ache, but not in a nice DOMS way, like where any tension the day after is agony, i also get a pain in my lower right abdomen when I tense said leg.
I reckon it could be a sports hernia but would that affect my groin etc so much?
How old are you nick. Sports are always more of a threat than controlled exercise as you described in the first part of your comment because obviously the focus isn't on good form and safe exercise. It's on winning.
Have you tried doing HIIT work under gym conditions to find out if it exacerbates the problem in the same way?
