Saiyans get stronger everytime they almost die mate not by some pu sy as s blood transfusion
So basically it depends on the person, lateral raises much harder sitting down, generate less momentum and keep strict form .

The nature of chest exercises generally is the wrist bears a lot of load so you might want to consider ways to reduce that load either by increasing repetitions, choosing exercises with less of a compound nature or exploring what positions your wrist can still bear significant load in.
Standing single arm BB press, cable work, pec minor db presses, matrices of press ups, that kind of thing.

You might be surprised at how much DOMS you can get off mixing up your training style even if you're dropping Intensity. You may even enjoy it 😃

Gunna try and bulk for 4-6 weeks, with focus on my arms. After that I need you mug's help on how to cut/get lean effectively without losing too much muscle mass, I've never done it before. Apparently HIIT is very good for that
Dont bother doing it clean. If you want to bulk just get on your girl's diet BK

Yeah true 4 weeks is short but I'm not here till September, at peak bulk my bulk rate is ~1kg/week so can still put on some size
