Palm Springs (2020), is a romcom in which the protagonists are trapped in a time loop and wake up with every day the same day.

It's got more originality in its pinkie finger than Good Will Hunting has in its entire being.

I think you find my comment was seeping in originality

Anyway, sorry for the fall out with everyone.
I was genuinely trying to be informative and try to enhance peoples' appreciation of different aspects of films for their own enjoyment, by summarising what I've learned myself from very extensive self study. Clearly it wasn't wanted though and no probs.

Look, it’s not that I have an issue with women in action movies where they not only need to outsmart said monster but also probably have to use elite physical skills to defeat it….but I have an issue with it

And it’s not for the reason you may think. It just never translates well generally onto film. A woman running/jumping/punching/kicking etc. It generally takes me right out of it. There are only a handful of films where it’s believable and the awkward movements of an obviously non athletic woman tends to stop that from happening. If you’re going to do it at least find someone who can not only act but pull off looking like they’d stand a chance against a creature who is heads and tails above humans.

Arnold worked because he was a freak of a human.

gal gadot did a good job in fairness. mostly cos you couldn't take your eyes of her legs.

Sigourney is the goat. She made it believable. But I meant those who looked like they could hold their own. Like Linda Hamilton - T2
Saoirse Ronan - Hanna
Milla Jovavic - 5th Element
Samara Weaving - Ready or Not
Sharni Vinson- You’re Next

Just some examples of women who looked convincing. Even Uma Thurman looked so slow and awkward but thankfully the movie was good enough to ignore for the most part.
