I will give IG a go as am looking yo watch something after finishing DD
Not a fan of bought either and I do tend to base my viewings on who I like and dislike. But if someone I dislike does something good and it gets rated then I watch it.

This is my main problem with the books Superb, you put so much time and effort into a character for them just to be pointless killed off sometimes. Look at the poor old onion knight, big part player in one book, takes half the book with his story and enjoy his character, reads the next book, dont see anything from him and then just a random passage says "oh yeh hes dead by the way". And honestly if a certain character dies in the next book who is at the brink of death in book 5 ( i dont know if this is the case with the series) i will be seriously pished as i would have put so much time into this character. Sometime you feel why bother, say an interesting thing where people have been saying they are just getting bored of GoT as there isnt a balance just bad, bad, bad with the occasional not so bad.

Watched the first four episodes when it came out then stopped watching them as wasn't really hooked and there was better stuff out like DD.
Wasn't bad by any means though.

Didn't even higher with it as knew there would be comparisons which kind of is unfair and doesn't live up to expectations.
Probably watch it soon though

Watched the first four episodes when it came out then stopped watching them as wasn't really hooked and there was better stuff out like DD.

Similar. I think everyones response to the show is...."its alrite" and thats about sums it up really.
My favorite show is Hannibal. On series 3 now episode 2 arriving. Hardly anyone knows about it. But it has such a dark style and the most gruesome killings ever to be shot on film.
Homicide: Life on the Street. You guys go ahead and watch that. Incredible TV!
Wayward Pines with Matt Dillon looks like it could be good. Apparently a bit Hitchcockian if that's even a word.
