Both were class.

Overly long, tacked on political drama, big and dumb - is how i would describe Gladiator.

For all of its "wow" shots I found myself bored through much of it.

I didnt think it was political enough. I enjoyed it as a camp drama. On that level it was a lot of fun.

I was never bored. Rewatched it 5 or 6 times.

What annoyed me most about Prometheus was the stupidy of most of the characters. Touching the alien plants with bare hands and of course the running scene FFS

Don’t disagree with that, but I’d rewatch that over any of the new Star Wars or anything by marvel.

Dumb is about right, but it does it well Love the opening battle..
