You are backtracking now. You clearly stated that atheists are the worst.
==============

Yes, because they base their arguments on science which as a scientist I find particularly offensive.

Bollox. Just because somehting cannot yet be explained, that does not mean it is impossible. Real scientists understand this. Think about it, if science could explain everything then there would be no need for any scientific study or exploration.
=================================

It is a scientific impossibility for organic matter to exist in metamorphic rock or igneous rock or organic matter to exist without light/water/air. This is proven. I am sure you studied this in elementary school when you were taught the differences between living things and non living things. The science here is understood and 100% not debatable

And you think this is "proof" of a creator? So basically you are saying that there must be a god because humans don't know everything there is to know. Very clever.
=========================

No, I am saying we do not know and should not make categorical statements. Do you actually read my posts? This is why I was upset with atheists, they do not know but make categorical statements. Please read my posts

I am not an atheist but I find it fascinating that a jumped up know-it-all can categorically state there is a creator despite having no evidence to back that up.

I find it even more staggering that this jumped up know-it-all can act like such a díck about it.
=============================

At no point have I categorically stated there is a creator. I said, we are studying the planet and universe because theories do not add up.

Please read my posts, you are debating positions I have not taken

Haha typical of people on here, never actually reading posts.

Atheism is the most intolerant of all religions in my experience. A feisty bunch who are always right and shout 'everyone else is an idiot' incessantly. I think they need a good therapist personally.

"AS THIS THREAD SHOWS"

How can you not be talking about Islam?
__________________

In case you haven't noticed, there have been several comments IN THIS THREAD which have nothing to do with Islam.

And much of the aggression to which I am referring has come from posters speaking AGAINST Islam.

I am not going to tell you again that my comment was a general one about religion and did not contain the word Islam.

Interpret it however you want. You religious people always do anyway.

I was told a lot of things in elementary school which have since been proven to be bollox. Lack of understanding of how life was created is not proof of a creator (and I believe in God).

Accept this and get over it.

No, you just slated anyone who does not believe in a creator.

What's the difference? You criticise atheists for being intolerant of other peoples' beliefs yet you are acting like the most intolerant, sanctimonious person I have encountered in a long, long while. Much more so than any atheist I have ever met.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

No I slated people who make categorical statement's not backed up with facts and science

I did the same with religious people on this very thread.

We can test the air theory. Why do people die from suffocation ?

Discussing the merits of religion, god and science is the most futile subject imaginable.

Everyone has their own views and want to push it onto someone else. That is the way the human race works, we are the definition of selfish

Can someone answer a question, and I'm being serious here

Why is it if someone draws a funny picture in crayon and puts it in their satirical magazine, they then get massacred for doing so?

I thought religious people were a tolerant bunch

I know, it's tiresome reading so many dismissing religion as 'laughable' and those that choose to follow it as 'stupid', while their choice has as much faith in it as any other religion. As Mudd is demonstrating, scientists at the very leading edge of this shít do not understand everything - and likely never will - yet people talk on this site like it's all done and dusted. Really quite funny.

They are supposed to turn the other cheek as I understand it but some people do not adhere to their religion and take matters into own hands
Not the religions fault

There is a big difference between science and religion.Religion is based on text that is between one and a half to two thousand years old.Science changes in the light of new evidence and is always peer reviewed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Exactly which I am currently involved in. My criticism of atheism does not immediately mean I advocate other religions.

I am a free thinker. I however cannot accept scientific impossibilities as facts which is why I have little or no time for people who do this. Atheists being the most guilty

I think you've missed the point - this is nothing to do with the origins of either religion or science.

Science changes is key here
So how can we believe what scientists say when it could change 2 minutes later?

________________

No, you slated atheists specifically. Stop lying FFS. And rather than accusing me of not reading your posts, perhaps you need to start reading your own posts...

Let me refresh your memory:-

"I cannot stand atheists, they are the most close minded idiotic people on the planet."

"Clueless morons, they really get on my nerves, especially the extremists"

"Atheism is the new religion, led by hacks and imbeciles who spend all their time mocking people with their ludicrous beliefs"

"my question to atheists, are you mad?"

Now, are you really going to sit there and deny that you slated atheists in particular?

You clearly slated atheists AND THEIR BELIEFS which very clearly indicates that you believe i a creator and are shoving your views down the throats of others - the very same behaviour that you claim to loathe.

You are the biggest hypocrite on this forum.
