That makes sense, but I suppose in that case you use Liverpool once then continue with 'we' and 'us'.
On here, considering you have a screen name that gives it away, you would use 'we' and 'us' regardless?

I am the aforementioned "another member on the site" and do not use WE or US, when referring to the club I've supported and loved for 42 years, Manchester United.

"we" should not be restricted to one club, "we" should be openly used for any opportunity to annoy a particular set of fans on any given subject.

What do you think the result would be if you took it out on the streets?
I used to say WE and US probably into my early twenties. Then someone pointed out basically what I've said to you, and I realised that it might be time for a change.
