The reaction to Rey Skywalker - exactly how we all felt right

Why did nobody go to Mandalore?

From what the show has told us, the Empire glassed the planet and wiped out most of the population. What was left was a wasteland and the surface may actually have been poisonous at one point. They also extracted the Beskar. Any surviving Mandalorians were scattered around the galaxy and they never went back as they believed it to be cursed. Those that didn't believe in the curse never went back simply because there was nothing left.

The most insulting SW moment to me is a tie between, Luke Skywalker trying to kill Ben Solo or Luke Skywalker being given his fathers lightsaber and throwing it over his shoulder like it meant nothing.

there is a whole galaxy of other races that would have visited, there was literally zero opposition or trouble for mando to visit it.

And only sections of mando's believed it was cursed.

I'm sure others visited but there was nothing there. The empire had glassed the planet. Why would a random person go to a planet that has been glassed by the Empire?

The only reason Mando went to Mandalore was because the armourer told him he needed to.

I accepted that moment for what it was. It was the SW version of the Endgame womens team up. Leia needed her endgame moment and that was it.

plenty would have visited, i find it a stretch that no other mandalorians would have visited again curse or not.

Also other travellers, explorers historians would have visited. As soon as word got out that it was safe to land on and visit loads more would go etc.

Its hardly a game breaker, its SW after all, but again its just hints at lazy writing creating plot holes, too many too soon and like I said showing signs of OB1 in that respect.

I don't read too much into it. It's just one of those SW plot holes you accept. Just like we accept that nobody figured out that Padme wasn't pregnant when she died or that Luke "Skywalker" actually was related to Anakin "Skywalker".

yes but when season 1 and season 2 , andor wasnt as riddled with them and when OB1, Boba were then as I said it has me a little worried.

they are showing traits in mando we have seen in the $hit stuff.

just my opinion, I called it out very early in Boba and OB1 and im seeing shades of it here.

How would they have figured out that she wasn’t Pregnant?
Only a few people knew she gave birth.

She was shown as pregnant during the funeral.

With Anakin knowing she was carrying his kids, surely he would have gone to check and if not him, the Emperor certainly would have done some background checks.

Other plot holes in SW:
Leia remembering her mother?
Luke being hidden with his uncle?
Why didn't Obi Wan change his name?
Vader never sensing Leia was his daughter?
Luke never sensing Leia was his sister?
Obi Wan not remembering R2?

a lot of these plot holes are based on original material that had no idea the amount of lore that would be required to fill in gaps and the following stories decades later.

To me thats a bit different between making them between episodes a week apart.

I can find plenty of plot holes in the prequels, which were done knowing what had happened in the original trilogy.

If you know Obi Wan doesn't recognise R2 in the originals, why write the prequels to show them having numerous interactions?

It's bad writing but it's Star Wars. We tend to overlook these things because the joy and pleasure all the othet elements just as the characters and action and music bring.
