I haven’t watched it yet but the reports just before premiering weren’t good. I’ll still watch it, I’m sure.

Cinci is having a really good time with it… and there’s been no Twi-leks?! Most probably a 10/10 if they did…

I know it’s only 2 eps, but I feel I’m coming out with the same comments, and having been done this road before, I fear we know how this is going to end up…

Thought it was going to be chit from that first scene but it grew on me. Quite like the girl.

Not amazing but I've seen far worse.

Yeh, I mean it’s been only 2 Eps, but she hasn’t really jarred me. I see people laughing aboot the fire in space, but that’s happened before in Star Wars.
But they spent a bit too long on it.

Silly direction at times. In the 2nd Ep, why did the Jedis take the long way round to the dead jedis place. That whole sequence just left me flummoxed

At times it looked straight out of a Star Trek Tv show.. it felt cheap looking. Coruscant looked odd.
The crash and she survived was just plain stupid.
Gotta be some of the worst British acting going and that’s just the extras.
The endings of the episodes were abrupt.

I do feel Trinity Jedi will be shown in Flashback. We gotta see what traumatised those Jedi.
She looked good as a Jedi, but don’t know how I feel aboot seeing her doing Matrix moves in Star Wars, when we’ve never seen that before.
And why was she so slow to react in the bar and just watch others get bust up?

But overall, I’m hoping there’s a good story here.
Maybe we were duped by the synopsis saying Jedis are getting murdered. Well there’s no mystery there cos we know who’s doing it.
So, something more obviously has to be revealed.

Episode 2 - 6/10

Slow and ponderous. The story is still somewhat engaging but the characters are lacking substance and depth. This episode in particular highlighted the TV budget element of the show and some of the scenes had shades of Leia running.

Maybe we were duped by the synopsis saying Jedis are getting murdered. Well there’s no mystery there cos we know who’s doing it.
So, something more obviously has to be revealed.

Yeah I did think this. Agree it does feel cheap, especially compared to the likes of Mando and its budget. At times it felt to me like I was watching cutscenes of a game.

I did enjoy the scene with the meditating Jedi where he willingly drank the poison.

A few of my gripes:

Episode 1:
-Trinity being killed and the manner in which she was killed. We've seen people take lightsaber damage and still survive.
-Trinity looked good fighting but Mae looked like she was in an episode of Power Rangers.
-The dark side user tells her that Jedi won't die from steel or weapons but she literally kills a jedi with a knife?
-A prisoner transport that is manned by droids only? You've got a person that is suspected of killing a Jedi master and you're ok with letting her be transported with such lax security?




Episode 2:
-Why did she get to the dead Jedi quicker than the actual people that live in the Jedi temple?
-They had Mae surrounded and fell for such a basic attempt at obfuscation?
-The Jedi let the potion master out of their sight, despite him talking to Mae, outside the doorway.
-There doesn't seem to be any chemistry between the Jedi group we are following.
-Is Mae supposed to be intimidating, because she is doing a miserable job at it.
-How did they find Mae so quickly?
-The Jedi master taking the potion willingly seemed inappropriate and unrealistic within the confines of what we know about the Jedi.

My favourite character in the show is easily Master Sol. He has the presence and movements of what I imagine a Jedi master to have.

I was actually disappointed with the twin aspect. My preliminary theories revolved around her being manipulated through the force via a powerful darkside user. So essentially, they were the same person but when one was asleep, the other would wake.

What kind of place is that… it has 3 exits??!
The stairs, which I would’ve thought was the longer route.
The front where the Jedi came from.
And wherever Mae disappeared to from above?! Cos they haven’t established the architecture, it’s just confusing, and cheating.

Like a Cutscenes - yeh, nail on the head, Man, what are they doing?
Yeh Guv, that’s an issue, where they deliberately haven’t established the characters well. But maybe it’s a different approach, or am I just being soft on them.
Stuff needs to be established.

So where we going with this story..
Twins, Good & Evil. Rather than 2 good Siblings.
Both Force sensitive. I swear, if there’s a parent!?!
Gotta bad feeling aboot this.

So,damn true.. that made no damn sense only for her to crash, survive then be recaptured.

One good thing I like about the show is the lack of forced humour. It doesn't try to be funny and therefore the story moves along more cohesively, albeit rushed in certain areas.

I think flashbacks would be useful but I hope the parents don't play a prominent role, going forward. Let this just be about the twin sisters.

We are 2 episodes in and whilst the show has yet to really ignite my lightsaber, it has potential and they haven't forced any agendas onto me, which is always a plus.

Here feels like the place where the Death star exploded.........and you can feel the presence of the Emperor and the Dark Side

And yes Mando3/Leia.........sorry I mean Ob1/BoBF certainly feels like a space station has exploded over the SW franchise, but damn try to give this series time to breath. I agree it hasn't done anything spectacular,but some of you seem to be treating it like it done a triple spin and tried to escape like Leia, you seem to be punishing based on what has come before.

AGAIN, I am not saying it is good (it's average) - but it hasn't committed any atrocities........yet

Most the complaints above are nick picky at best......how did she find another route? I guess none of you have visited a place built before the 18th century? Dozen of passages, especially in large buildings like a TEMPLE. Agree not the best writing, but also not the worst......lazy a little yes.

I also agree the twin thing being very cliche but I am sure it's more to do with good Vs bad when started equally like Guv said. Original it is not, but again let's wait.

Let's be thankful they didn't do what previous series have done and end up following completely illogical explanations, like the whole arriving before everyone else. Oh she's the only one here she must have done it....nope, the guy said I followed her and done.

Again, I am not saying it's good, it's not, it's been average....but damn it's not as bad as some comments suggest.
