So Denis and the studio have decided to release Dune pt 3 the same day as the Rey Star Wars movie in 2026.

Same day.

Like that is it. That’s a declaration of War.
Disney do not budge and take the fight to these Dune biiiitcchhesss. Cos nothing beats the Star Wars universe!
Let’s go!

So much damage has been done in the last 5 episodes, and I am expecting some dumb sheet tonight after "the haircut"

The Acolyte Ep 6… I’m Vex fam.
Look, if they can’t be bothered to Name a Planet, then I’m not bothering with a rating score.

Now I need to kinda think aboot this… but, this could be the worst Ep yet. 🤔
They really stretching this out. 6 eps in, that’s not good enough. GET TO THE FACKING POINT!! SAY OR DO SOMETHING FOR US TO HANG ONTO!!

Really gonna have to do a ‘tale of the tape’ with Ep 3. It’s gonna be close methinks.

The guy playing Jedi Sol is easily the best thing in it. And the Guy playing Smilo Ren is actually very good.
Very good actors.
But fook this show.

Roll on Ep 7, can’t wait

This show doesn’t deserve that respect. And nobody gives a hot damn!

Interesting. I thought this was the best episode of the series so far. It was a bit slow paced for sure and the bar is low but even so, I enjoyed this episode. Didn’t have the action of Ep5 but also lacked the idiocy. Well, aside from continuation idiocy.

I like Sol’s character but i think Qimir/The Stranger is superb. As the bad guy of the series he deserved a much better story than the one that seems to be being delivered.

Oh I think it definitely needs to exist, you need to develop out the bad guys a little bit for it to make sense. Qimir needed some proper screen time and have his character and motivations shown.

My complaint is that this is Ep6. This should have been at least a couple earlier. If this was Ep4 then I think would have been a much better hook into the series.

The whole Ep should’ve been Qimir… the Sol stuff just cut out. Cos where we gonna start the next Ep?

Yeah. I get why they didn’t; it was supposed to compare and contrast the role of master. But I wouldn’t disagree, more focus on Qimir would have been better.

I don’t think it was a wonderful episode, I’d probably give it 7.5/10. Unfortunately that still makes it the best of the series for me.
