Mud - Are they released on bail ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you commit a crime, your application is automatically reused and you get deported
So after risking life and limb to get here, they blow it immediately, right?
Bllsht
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Until they claim their life is under threat if they return to that country.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Makes no difference, once you commit a crime here, that's you done.
People really need to read up on its stuff. Running around spouting garbage is not productive

they said these young men were drunk but in general Muslims don't drink.
They also men this area already had a bad reputation for a while even b4 a bunch of migrants were let in.
I think people are just using the migrant as scapegoats for every atrocity they commit...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This. Story is fishy, very fishy

"However, there was no official confirmation that asylum seekers had been involved in the violence. Commentators in Germany were quick to urge people not to jump to conclusions."
And I see people jump to those conclusions. Someone made the point about this being the type of thing that fuels Trump and his supporters and they are absolutely right. Trump will use this any any other story he can come across (whether true or not) to continue to scaremongering and insult his way to the GOP nomination.
---------------------------------------------
This is an important point to make. Integrating large numbers of people from unliberal countries does present challenges and it's valid to discuss what to do about it, how many immigrants we can absorb, what our approach should be to differing values, etc. On the other hand, let's not rush to proclaim the problem is bigger than we think. For one thing, the whole facts aren't out and we don't have hard evidence this is linked to the Syrian refugee issue. For another, this could be a similar kind of sordid pocket of deviants, like Rochdale, rather than a broader "our values are incompatible" issue.
As for Trump, I'll start listening to his solutions when he ceases to describe the world's problems with an array of lies.

Nicely worded response.

Try finding a takeaway in Birmingham that isn't Halal. Good luck
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do you want one, out of interest?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because I think people of every religion should be catered for with a choice of halal, kosher and non halal
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Kosher and Halal are the same. But for some reason Kosher does not get as much hate. Why is that?

Riiiight. That doesn't really make any sense.
Like the domestic terrorists who have taken over Federal property and threatening violence?
What's that word for people that do that again?
...............
Criminals.
MUD - Im not sure they are the same.
And to answer your question,i suppose there are fewer Kosher takeaways around. We are also yet to see stories in the media about widespread child abuse being instigated in and around takeaway restaurants.

Stop committing the atrocities in the first place then.

So, he's been detained indefinitely. Locked up for good, I don't see the problem?
Just pointing out many can't be deported despite MUD's claim
I read it as, if they could establish his country of origin, he would be deported - they can't, so he gets banged up.
So Mud was wrong then agreed?
Who was that terror suspect who had millions spent on him because he couldn't go back to Jordan?

Well, not really no, in principle immigrants who break the law get deported. If they can't, they get stuffed into a "deportation centre", or prison by any other name.
But mud said asylum seekers are deported if they commit a crime. And yet that isn't the case is it??

If you swap the word 'immigrants' for 'asylum seekers', then yes, in principle that is correct.
