2 years today. Time flies but at least I got to make use of my driving licence this time round. Hope to try Palmersport again but this time really go for it.

I drove so slow for most of it apart from a few runs but it was good enough to win. I should have made it easier for myself but nevermind.

Dave

Well played Hafi mate

Yeah, I noticed we were 2-1 down at one point and then next checked it was 3-1 and FT. To be fair I should have celebrated more but I thought I drove too slow and should have done better and didn't want to rub it in.

I also handed a 3-2 lead to the favourite. Darren Cox and Pascal Clarysse thought either me or my brother would win.

It was a shame my brother went out early but at least I got to win this time. Last time my brother got to drive an F1 car.

I wish I drove better but it was good enough to win. Imagine if I did my amazing times consistently lol. I hope for more of these events as I got a lot of pace even when driving badly its better then most driving near there best lol.

Meant when driving badly my pace is better then most driving near there best. I actually thought I was going to win as well so when it happened it was a relief.

What did you win?

posted on 15/11/18

$10000 and a 1/12 scale Huayra worth $1500 and a GameVice and a trip to the Pagani factory on top of the trip to LA and Las Vegas and stays at hotels.

To be fair I know I am one of the fastest gamers in the world at racing games so I sort of expected to win.

Darren Cox and Pascal Clarysse thought I was the favourite with my brother and they are main people promoting esports and the game going by past performances.

OK, I've not a console for years.

PS4 v Xbox, which is the best for racing games?

posted on 15/11/18

It was on a mobile phone on a game called Gear.Club and PS4 is best for racing games. GT Sport FTW.

I am already in England since Tuesday afternoon. It was free to play so I didn't spend anything really to win the $10000.

You didn’t signal at any point, you absolute mentalist.
Hope you don’t hoon around like that around Peterborough in your Twingo

I hope for more of these competitions. I knew in reality I was the favourite if I drove at an OK pace as my average pace is usually fast as most of these drivers near top pace and there was no sound as well.

Well in Hafi!

Loved how cool you were after the win. Like yeah, 10k, anuva day in the office.

posted on 21/11/18

To be fair I was sort of the favourite despite my poor qualifying. I knew I should be winning the $10k as me driving bad is as good as a lot of people driving well. Only person I was worried about was Riley.
