Oh and did reverse parking at end as well as reversing into road.

How is that even possible this person passed I sometimes wonder how people pass then you watch those shows of bad drivers and think how is it possible anyone passed them unless they got in the zone for a short period of time and then completely forget everything soon after
How's the driving going hafi?
Ruiney yet to crash To be honest now I am more confident of driving through gaps. My main problem is roundabouts and planning ahead.
My favourite part is doing the emergency brake. Done lots of parking as well.
I find it amazing someone passed yet stalled that many times. I probably stalled 3 or 4 times in about 30 lessons.
I just checked and it is 2 hours, 15 lessons so 30 hours.
btw I meant to say stalled 3 or 4 times in 30 hours of driving lessons.

Stalling is not in itself a reason to fail a driving test.
If however you stalled and were on a slope & rolled back, then that would get you a fail.
As long as you retain full control when stalling, it should not earn you black marks
I know that but surely the instructor would have teached them not to stall. Could have been just panic mode
I just put the clutch up high when I am on a hill.
I always put the handbrake on if going to stop for a while and its slightly hilly though so I can get it ready.
One thing I recently started doing better is the lower 1st and 2nd gears to pull clutch up gradually. Before I do it to quick so car struggles to make a smooth change.
Anyone who took a practical test recently, any advice. I am hoping some cancellations come up so I can book one for late September or early October.
ffs haven't you passed yet?
Did you book a block of 100 lessons?
Passed theory but need to book practical.
Just saw a cancellation time come up for Tuesday August 9th at 12.38pm. Next one available is Wednesday 26th October at 8.10am If it was late August I would have booked it

Just continue practising with your L plates on.
Sometimes the police will make routine checks to see if you are ok on your own. Just show him/her your official practical exam schedule and he/she will wave you on your way.
Let us know your route.
Good luck.
Just booked one for Tuesday October 11th 2016
Boris I take 1 lesson of 2 hours a week although had some weeks without driving.
What.... You just sat in the car for for 2 hours?
Is the instructor grooming you?
Ffs haf, you still not passed yet?

I had to rebook it for Wednesday 12th October. To be honest I learnt to drive after about 5 or 6 lessons. I only started taking lessons from January 23rd and had quite a few weeks without driving. I probably should have just done an intensive course and booked test for end of it.
Any tips as the 12th October is nearly here. I am calm about the whole thing. Don't feel any different then before. Probably will fail then
Haf its been 10 months, how many lessons have you taken
