What's there to talk about? The game is more than 24 hours away. Us going to Wembley is hardly something new.
So to sum up, our attendance against Midgetland would fill the Etihad and Boris and 3000+ of his mates would have to watch it in the pub.
Dead at the swamp = packed at the council house.
It's not about the number of people that go, it's about the percentage of capacity Ruiney, that's all that matters.
He's said this 8,595 times.
Obviously the swamp holds more than the Etihad, just like a Citroen mini-bus holds more than a top range Bentley.
Quality not quantity.
A big Bentley with an 8595cc engine?
Funny how rags no longer like the term empty seats when in the past it's all they used to bang on about.
How many of you went on Thursday night who come on here commenting?

Not me, I listened to it on the wireless.
Who brought up empty seats?
Anyone watching on telly I would imagine, there was enough of them
Fair play to you lads, you've had it stuck to you and rammed down your throat for years and years about not ever filling your ground. You've waited and waited patiently and The Europa League against Midgetland has finally given you payback.
Can't fault you

Me. That's how I know that it was a decent attendance, and not 'half full' as some have said.
Let's take a look at City's last crucial Europa league game:
http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/17295983
38,021.
Have the 33,000 that stayed at home the night city played Midgetland got anything to say?
Surely they've got something to contribute to this debate?
I didn't go because my dad was in hospital with terminal cancer, he past 4 weeks later.

Now let's have a real look at City's last crucial Europa league game:

Boris that wasn't called the europa league and your last crucial europa league game was against Sporting which you got knocked out in a crowd of 38,021.

Haf even for you that's stupid and that's saying something.
You going United tomorrow?
So we don't sell out for Europa league games.
Neither do you
Difference is we don't claim to be the biggest club in the world.
Hamburg sold their full allocation of tickets for the Etihad, Sporting sold about a 10th of theirs.
Funny how rags no longer like the term empty seats when in the past it's all they used to bang on about.
................................
I've explained the song countless times to you, its having so many empty seats in such a small stadium.
So yes United having an attendance bigger than City's stadium doesn't somehow get us back, because there were still more people in the stadium than City's stadium even holds.
Given we have had this discussion a lot of times I realise you find the concept difficult.

--------------------------
3rd biggest stadium in the league, average attendance over 98%.
You'll still have to run it past thickos like me again.
Okay.
The City is yours, the city is yours, 20,000 empty seats are you heffing sure.
Now if City's capacity was 500,000 and they had 20,000 unfilled empty seats then you couldn't really use the capacity to question City's fans theory that the city is theirs.
20,000 empty seats in a much smaller stadium however....
For this same reason 25,000 empty seats at Old Trafford but a capacity bigger than even City's stadium can hold doesn't really hold either.
You can take the mick out of empty seats if you like but the fact is you can't even get that 'few' people into your stadium so it just sounds a little silly.
As OT holds 20,000+ more than the Eitihad, it would be more realistic to talk about percentages then.
Let's do comparisons after we've played Kiev at home - Bear in mind though they are unlikely to bring many fans.
