Don't personally understand anyone who is vegan.

Missing it on so much

"Recently i've gone vegan"

You lost me there.

Why on God's green Earth would you make a decision like that?

No issue with someone going vegan (although I'd never do it) but kinda defeats the point if you're just doing ready meals.

Just buy ingredients fresh and make your meals, far healthier.

Also £3.50 a meal is not expensive!

"Quinoa, spinach, peppers, avocado and pine nuts. There's a meal for you right there "

Get out of here

I'm not into vegan by I know many are...

Jees guys you can not ask why why why...it is his decision after all.

Why don't you catch up on recipes - you can have amazing vegan dishes for a fracture of the price you are paying atm

Have you heard of Jamie Oliver recipes - endless varieties are available online

Health reasons. Been one for 2 weeks and don't get bloated or lethargic anymore. Probably not for everyone but a really good way of living. And I would have wummed anyone saying they wanted to be a vegan a while back.

Read somewhere recently that meat eaters have healthier lives, but then again somewhere else will point to a study that suggests the complete opposite

"Probably not for everyone but a really good way of living"

Explain the science behind that please.

Yes but it still isn't much to spend on food, especially considering that's cheaper than a pint in a pub. That adds up to £73.50 a week, I spent Nearly that amount on a meal at the weekend.

Weirdly I don't miss meat at all but cheese is a huge heroin like addiction.

I am surprised that you (Robb) are going down the route of a diet that LVG himself is a great advocate of.

I bet every meal you have is at least 3:50.

Not a chance, you can usually make a few meals out chicken, mince, potatoes, pasta, rice... Etc

A vegan Aussie. Christ they'll never let you back in.

Beans and pulses are the way to go. I eat a lot less meat now than I used to (probably once a week) and cook all of my meals from scratch. I realise I'm probably eating stuff like eggs and milk without knowing it (in things like wraps etc) but I think about 80% of my meals are vegetarian.

Make yourself bean burgers, lentil curries, make a spag bol but replace the meat with red lentils, falafel, just roasted veg with pasta is nice.

Good luck.

Meals are £3.50 but with other things like drink, snacks in the day and other things it all adds up. I wanna make fresher stuff that lasts a few days.
