I love that according to Stretty you can eat 500 calories a day and be built like Arnie

You wont be built like arnie but you will gain muscle, providing you give your body 200gs of protein and train accongnly.

your not gonna get any more muscle, yes you will get bigger (of fat and water weights your thing, be my guest_)

This is like when people said cardio burns muscle

No, it's simple mathematics Stretty. If you eat more than you burn, it stays with you.

What's your point here? I use to be bigger, I'm now at a size that I want to be at. If I wanted to be bigger I would be.

If you were eating 4500 calories a day, you would be bigger.

Pretty sure MMA fighters eat about that when training for a fight

If you can find time for a 4 hour conditioning session 7 days a week I congratulate you.

I didn't say I eat 4000, I said it's not an overly large amount.

4500 calories a day is 4 large big mac meals, feck.

Above was to Stretty saying 4k calories isn't a large amount, despite it being 1500 more than the RDA.
