Daily recommended intake is 2000. Unless you burn a lot of calories, i.e you work out a lot, you will be a fatcunt if you eat 4k calories every day.
pretty sure thats for women.
So 2k for women and 4k for men?
think mens is something like 3k.
and you can comfrtably do that in 3 or 4 meals throughout the day.
It's 2500
4000 would be nearly twice the RDA - bearing in mind the average man burns about 2000 calories at rest per day that would mean you'd need to exercise the remaining 2000 off to avoid gaining weight.
And even 3000 per day is still a Big Mac over the recommended amount.

You're welcome mate. Try the salmon dinner... it's fackin lovely and will be miles cheaper with a vegan alternative.
Ready meals - vegan or normal - are not good for you. You can argue that veggie spag bol is better for you than meat spag bol, but you really should only think of it as "less worse" for you, rather than "better" as processed food is nutritionally awful.
Grizzles... that is the main point really any 'ready meals' by definition have to have stabilisers, preservatives and other weird things in to make them 'ready'.
Ready meals are so lazy anyway... it only takes 10 or 15 mins to make a nice fresh meal.
Just had a green smoothie for breakfast. Delicious, probably vegan too.

this ridiculous amount of nonsnese in them, and most are very high in salt.
Well there you go, you gym daily.

that only aaccounts for roughly 650 of the daily amount.
Some people don't gym, or walk... blimey you are hard work

even people who dont exercise or walk will still fit in about 1000 steps a day, which is about 1000 calories.
I think everybody knows ready meals are generally bad news.
The government are happy to add sugar tax, ban turkey twizzlers but it's about time ready meals were regulated, imp.
Doesn't affect me, I can't remember the last time I had one. However there is a queue everyday at work with people in line to use microwave for their ready meal.

1000 steps? You sure about that? And the going rate is 1cal per step is it?
Even so... say the average persons burns 1500 at rest. plus 1000 walking that's still only 2500 which is the RDA
