Refuses Are breaking into countless countries borders, I hope they're paying for the land as they do.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Refugees**
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Refugees are seeking temporary charity...... you are a schitty human being if you can't offer them that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Contradicting yourself again. Refugees first point of safety is when they land at Greece, at this point they're breaking into borders trying to get to rich countries. No different to Israelis moving into land for their personal life.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Refugees aren't kicking people off of there own land and making them refugees. How is it anything like the Israelis?
The refugees also aren't making a new state like Israel.
They are seeking charity until they can pay there own way or return.
English refugees escaping bombing raids from the Germans could have gone to Ireland or Iceland. Why all the way to Canada and Australia?
The refugee situation is horrific.
Around 880 died recently trying to cross the Med. However as it is not ‘fresh’ the media (in large) gave it little or no exposure. These are human beings fleeing from a warzone, that the UK are heavily involved in. And in part, helped create.
Yet there are some who have suggested tighter vetting of the refugees. How would this play out?

Most of the homeless people where I live are English. Though I suppose use any example to support your agenda.

Alas must also engage all of these people in order to establish they don't speak a word of English

"People that come to the UK can buy land and houses."
So every person that turns up will bring sufficient funds to buy their own bordered piece of land in a borderless world?
How many refugees have £200k to buy a house?
You're all over the show.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Since when did the majority of people in this country have that kind of money to drop on a house.
We have other avenues like paying rent?
hmmmm come on Robben.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, they are options but you used the term 'buy land and houses'.
However, still, in terms of renting they'd need to arrive with a deposit and proof of credit-worthiness.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup I did say that, but I didn't think I had to bullet point every other avenue. That comment was also written to illustrate that I didn't contradict what I had said so far.
We have exceptions for the needy in this country, we help them as long as they try to make a life for themselves and pay there own way. It's one of the things that makes this a nice place to live.
These people aren't taking land off of anybody, they just don't turn up and expect others to pack there bags.
Temporary charity is all it is and it's whats to be expected from people with an ounce of humanity.
"kicking people off of there own land"
But a minute ago, land and borders don't exist! Can you not see how you are applying double standards?

Do you understand that I am distinguishing between individual privately owned land and an entire nation?
I need you to answer this first.
