what's wrong with the royal family?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They exemplify every thing that is wrong with this country. People who have power and wealth based on heredity, rather than any sort of contribution to society.

Kind of like Darren Ferguson
----------------------------------------------------------------------
doesn't the Queen pay taxes?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's HMRC, why should she? She fecking owns the place.

Well, it's such a one-eyed post I really don't know where to start...

No contribution to society - REALLY?

Power and health based on heredity - so you don't believe that your parents estate should be split between you and your siblings?

Everton have had a takeover bid accepted and we're all living in the shadow of "The People's club" as we await the sleeping giants rise from it's slumber**

this is small news compared to the wooly mammoth that is Man United rising from it's negative football PR disaster slumber, now with Jose you will have no PR issues and he is known for his attacking football

Out!!!!!!!!!!!

If you look past the personalities and the dubious economic predictions, you are left with a simple decision.

Do you want to be a citizen of undemocratic federalist europe run by unelected technocrats and placemen.

Or a citizen of a democratic sovereign nation with the choice of voting for a government that represents you.

Out and lets get our freedom back.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There are so many inaccuracies with this type of view, which seems to have gathered pace – without any factual evidence behind it.

We all vote for our MEPs in the European Elections – therefore ensuring democracy is upheld.

The European Parliament vote (again ensuring democracy) on legislation. However should there be a Brexit, the UK would implement the majority of European legislation anyway, as Parliament (UK) have been doing for decades – under consecutive Labour and Tory governments. Because (in the main) European legislation has been a good thing. Consumer and employment rights two high profile examples.

Out of interest what particular piece of European legislation do you not agree with?

Plenty of exclamation marks there really?

Why such a vicious 'OUT!!!!!!!' campaign from yourself?

Exactly... it all sounds very idealistic and hippy to me - without any foundation!

Why such a vicious 'OUT!!!!!!!' campaign from yourself? **

exclamation marks are vicious now?

I feel very strongly about it, people need to see the bigger picture, the referendum argument is going off tangent and the criteria is do you (as Britons) want to be governed by the EU, if you don't then vote leave

I see what you're saying, but to me it seems you're looking at it very simply and definitely not the 'bigger picture' that you say you are.
