The NHS will disappear with right wing parties just itching to sell it off to plug what will be a widening gap between public spending and revenue. Staffing with immigration restrictions will be a nightmare.

This was always my main concern, the tory government had already set a path for the dismantling of the NHS, this could speed things up as they will look to make even more savage cuts

They have smaller populations it's not the same, if the EU is smart then they need to listen to people's concerns. They can scr ew us in negotiations if they want but they'll be scre wing themselves too, doesn't make sense for either side to do that.
