Also, India really need to improve regards to DRS. Jadeja's lbw was missing the stump while batting and no idea why he just walked off. Then while bowling he convinced Kohli to waste a review when Saha was clearly unconvinced as Stokes had hit his bat into pad/ground causing the noise.

Stick to cricket. Or I'll need to shut down a handful of accounts either from folk too capable of finding the complaint button but incapable of finding the filter button. Sort it out folks.

Right - start again.

Can England bat out 2 sessions tomorrow? Also their run rate does not look too promising.

Prediction - India win, with a day to spare

Common now lads lets just stick to cricket with the usual not over the top banter

Lefty,

I would be just happy if we win bro. Don't care if we are able to finish by Day4.. Although it would be a bonus for us!

Sorry Admin for any issues. I will follow your advice

Earlier I was responding to one particular poster who kept on asking about my location and even when I filtered him, some folks here copied his comments with further remarks! I should just ignore it altogether and I understand your stress to deal with so many posters on this site.

Regards..

I think England should've cleaned up the tail earlier, they had a chance to get them out under 400 at one point. The batting has been fragile for a long time.

Kohli is now among the top 11 batsmen with most international centuries. He currently sits with 40 international 100 across all formats. This is a remarkable achievement.

As a captain he has already scored 7 test 100s, the highest by an Indian captain.

Also, huge credit to the debutant Jayant Yadav today especially as I wasn't fully convinced dropping Mishra was the right decision. However his steadfast 35, good fielding to get Hameed out and some good bowling to Moeen including getting the DRS decision right has meant the coaches definitely made the right call yesterday.

Also, funnily enough he made his ODI debut at the same ground last month.

Kav youngsters is the way forward now.Glad we are looking at guys like Rahul and Yadav. There is already enough experience in the side in the form of kohli, pujara, ashwin and rahane. No point in going back to likes of gambhir and yuvi as we do this very often.

If Yadhav is a youngster then Sachin is a baby

Yeah agreed Viru. Both Yadav and Rahul may be inexperienced at the international level but they are more than aware of what it takes having been in and around the side now for a while. Surprising they're 26 and 24 respectively - definitely not teenagers however.

However 26 for a spinner is extremely young nowadays - look at the likes of Swann, Ashwin and Shah. Definitely peaking after 30.

Afraidi always remains 30

Amir is still a very young boy!

Yh I think for India most players only find themselves to be mature enough to play in international cricket after playing 2-4 years in Indian domestic circuit.

Agreed Kav, even herath made it into the team after the age where most international players contemplate retirement. And spinners can actually play up until the age of 37ish.so starting at mid 20s is pretty good

We don't have any teenagers in the domestic circuit that are even making noise. I can't think of a single player. Maybe rishant pant - he seems like a sehwag type player, and he is a WK batsman. Could potentially come in for Saha. But still very early days

Viru what happened to Sanju Samson? He was hyped up quite a bit a few years ago but seems to have disappeared. Another batsman I remember is Manan Vohra as I watched a lot of Punjab in Ranji and he was brilliant but he's probably in his early-mid twenties now and never made it. As you say we seem to be lacking in teens coming through the system. Quick bowlers have all been weak but I can't even think of one top teen batsman we have right now.

Just watched the highlights, shamis delivery to cook was outstanding as was ashwins to duckett. With the ball now in full spin i wouldnt be surprised if this is all over by lunch on day 4
