Perfect speech, love the guy.

Can't remember him putting a single foot wrong in his pressers. He's always been on message and displayed a great sense of humour too.
The epitome of a cool cucumber.

Guti could be a decent candidate.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's possible. The Madrid media have been very upbeat about his role with the youth sides.
I've got the feeling he won't cut it at the top though.
Id love to see Alonso have a crack at managing one day, but I don't know what hes been up to since he retired.
Imagine we appoint Paco Jémez!
More seriously though, Quique Setién has done a magnificant job at Betis, and with Las Palmas before them.
Would be a pretty leftfield choice given his low profile and lack of top team experience, but I for one wouldn't be against it.
That said, imagine Simeone!

Zidane has to go into international management, everything else club wise will tarnish his reputation (bar Juve).
RM need a serial winner, someone like Conte for example

What's the other en-vogue German bloke, Hassenhuthl? Or is he a DoF?
Ah, almost forgot. Löw's name has often been mentioned as a potential target. Wonder if we'd try to tempt him away from Germany after the World Cup.

Finally Napoli may stand a good chance of winning the scudetto if he left Juve
Rocky road ahead for us regardless of who comes in. The amount of work to be done to rebuild the side, coupled with the club's trademark impatience doesn't bode well for whoever comes in to replace ZZ.
Yeah It’s a massive job. Who do you trust to do this ?

ZZ left at the right time. I see he is following the Pep route of smartly choosing the right job to stat pad his CV.
Seems like most managers don't want to to rebuild anymore?

I agree
can't see us winning the CL for a while that's for sure
4 in 5 years will keep me happy for a fair bit of time though
It wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't in that much of a hurry to take a new job.
He could just run for chairman.
The fact that he is not Spanish wouldn’t bother you or your fans ?
Would be funny if he goes back one someone else has rebuilt the team and wins the CL again. Especially if it’s Mourinho he replaces.
Another leftfield option for Madrid would be to promote Bettoni.
