Reports claiming Israel vs Argentina is OFF. Four days before it was due to take place. Argentina will now have to find another opponent or miss out on their final warm-up game. Shambolic from the AFA, who should never have arranged a trip to Israel in the first place.
anyone know what the issue is here?

First comment from Argentina player: Higuain says not going to Israel is the right thing to do.
Argentina media reporting Messi and Mascherano put pressure on the AFA to cancel the game.
It’s surprising, didn’t think they’d want to be drawn into the politics behind it all.
I read it was supposed to be in Haifa, but the Israel FA spitefully moved it to Jerusalem after the recent events there and it pisssed everyone off.
De Gea did not applaud Spain's president Pedro Sanchez (in a training session) after he accused him of child abuse two years ago.
didn't know this, that is disgusting

The president accused Dave he shouldn’t wear the jersey after some underage girl came out and said something apparently.
Ah, just caught up with it on the news. It's about a police investigation into a seedy p*rn scandal involving an under age girl, in which DDG was named.
The scandal broke just before Euro 2016 and in the midst of an election campaign. Sánchez said "I don't feel comfortable seeing in goal for Spain after he's been named by a minor. I respect the presumption of innocence but I believe that, above all, you have to side with the victim, and in this case we're talking about an underage woman."

Fair play Sanchez
DDG also has a bit of a history in crime too.
He’ll fot right in at Madrid then.
He'll also fot right in as well.
Danny Rose: “It's no secret that I've been through a testing time at Tottenham this season, which led to me seeing a psychologist. I was diagnosed with depression. I was on medication for a few months but I'm off the medication now.” Adds “England have been my salvation”
Poor guy.
Rose on his depression: “I was getting very angry, very easily. I didn't want to go into football, I didn't want to do my (injury) rehab, I was snapping when I got home, friends were asking me to do things and I wouldn't want to go out, and I’d come home and go straight to bed.”
But he’s a millionaire....
Jorge Jesus has ran off to the Middle East, he’s the 10th highest paid manager in the world now.

I’m being facetious.
It’s all going to pot at Sporting isn’t it? Aren’t loads of their players trying to terminate their contracts as well?
Yeah, their fans are proper animals. They’ve attacked Rui Patricio as well and he legged it.
