It's a pain in the ar*e when there's still more than an hour to go.

i agree with you AIOG about the way Spain have been playing for a number of years

The Aragones way is probably better in the post xavi-iniesta Spain

Really don't know they don't try and draw the opposition in matches like last night

Well well, Nagelsmann is off to Leipzig! That’s a turn for the books.

Watching Spain I think they could do with Thiago deeper because he takes more risks with the ball.

Their manager is really shocking, reminds me what it used to be like being an England fan

Acuna is also a disgrace to football, and Mascherano has been shocking

When did Sampaoli become such an object of derision?

He is a fine manager. WC ruins reputations ( or is it International footy).

Remember Capello with our England team?

Messi is an empty jersey. Disgraceful performance and should be nowhere near the conversation of the greatest ever players if that is the sort of no-show performance he can be bothered to give in a world cup his team needed him to show up and inspire. Couldn't be bothered at all, just walked around the pitch aimlessly taking a touch before passing sideways for 90 minutes.

Sampaoli hasn’t done a great job here. But he’s obviously a good coach. Argentina have been a shambles. They look out now.

In fact Argentina would have been a better team without him. A high intensity gameplan would have gotten a lot more out of the team but with him walking around you cannot really implement that
