Some pretty coherent posts from me last night considering I was absolutely spannered after attending a wedding. Well done drunk Tamwolf.
Still in USA Tam? Are you still planning to move there

I thought Saiss was better then Neves yesterday and the thoughts from me and the lads around me was Neves should have been subbed if only to rest him a little. That said Neves is a top draw player and even when not totally on his game he can conjure up that one match turning pass and that his why i guess Nuno will always keep him on. N'Diaye was immense and gave us that spark and forward pressure. For home games it has to be him and Neves and tight away games Saiss and Neves.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree
As for performances, I would say we have been the better side in all but perhaps two or three games thus far but as DJ points out it is the final third where it doesn't show so much.
If anyone watched the match on TV, was Danny's push a penalty? It certainly looked like one from the SB.
Would need to see it again Wrekin, don't really recall thinking much of it at the time but have read that many others thought it was.

No got back on Friday.
I wouldn't mind living over there for a few years, if only for the reason that it would make it easy for me to travel the country and South America on my holidays. That said, I think I would prefer to move to Canada to be honest.
Would have to get a job over there to be able to move though.
Reflecting on yesterday's game I feel pretty satisfied. There have been games when we have played better and few would have begrudged Barnsley a point yesterday.
There are going to be plenty of games like that to come, particularly at home, and if we can scrape 3 points from most of them while, at the same time, doing well away from home then we surely will be right up there at the end of the season.
It would be great to play attractive, free-flowing football for 85 minutes week after week but that's not going to happen. I, for one, will be delighted if we have another ten or twelve "Barnsleys" at home before the season ends
I just wonder if the reason we're not playing like we did at the beginning of the season is because sides are now adapting to our new system 3-4-3. Let's not also forget how many new players we have now, so let's just enjoy the helter-skelter ride that comes with being a Wolves supporter.
I do wish though, that our resident WUM would drop his obsession with a previous manager, as that does cause friction on here and I'm sure he does it deliberately.
Where's Leon Clarke when you need him.
Oh he's at Hillsborough scoring for Sheffield Utd against Wednesday.
... who we play next
surely not, it couldn't .... could it ?

Had a pretty good view of that at the game and pretty clear to me that Danny 'got away with one'

Don't upset Wolfie by bringing up past players.
What I fail to understand from the posters who complain about various subjects raised (previous managers/players, how other teams are doing etc...) is why they feel the need to comment.
Surely if you are upset or bored by a subject; then don't comment on it.
Just my observation.
Sheff Utd up to 4th with 2 goals from ex-wolf, Leon Clarke (hope no one is offended). Big game coming up on Wednesday and just hope that Jota, Neves and some others have got a mediocre performance out of their systems yesterday.

Now that would be sensible
Not sure whether you're new or an old poster with a new 'handle', but we have one poster on here whose soul purpose is to try and get a rise out of others and does it on purpose. I have him filtered, but others post his comments and therefore I see them.
Classic response from DJ. Try practicing what you have just posted and the in-fighting may go away.
It looked nailed on pen to me also. Maybe the law of averages do even out over the season.

100% agree
Would take four points from the two away games coming up this week to keep us nicely on track.
Two points a game is the loose target and we are currently a game up on that and a defeat would still leave us bang on target.
Our Target Locadia scored four goals yesterday for PSV

Suggesting that this could be our best season since we last won the Championship is hardly "in-fighting". It was only Perton who was "offended", and that was purely because I'd used the name of the manager at that time in my remark - something that is an anathema to him for some reason. So let's look at it in some sort of context and not make a Problem Page thing out of it.
I thought it was a pen. But then i didnt think the free kick Barnsley scored from was a foul. And we definitely didnt get a fair share of decisions from the ref, with jota and others getting buffeted off the ball all game.

They say these things even themselves out over a season. (Not any comfort when it affects the result in a cup game of course.)
