Its been all about ifs and buts,an Audi q8 could be more than possible to ram its way out of that situation, then the police and public would have been in danger of somebody who was not going to stop and could be armed, the means justified ends.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Escaping the police does not justify a bullet to the head.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh come on, there’s way more to it than that and you know this.
Then why did the jury find him not guilty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In response to the threat to life by a boxed in car surrounded by multiple armed cops, shoot the tyres.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Armed cops get less than half, on average, what a train driver gets. Easy to see why, they don't have any braincells.

Obviously, it had to go to court. That’s the only way all the facts come out as seen by both sides. But the idea that in this case the police were handing out their own idea of punishment is equally far off the mark imo. Bearing in mind his position in the gang he was in and the footage from the night before of him shooting someone in a nightclub and then chasing the same person down the street with his weapon drawn and in full view, can only mean he was in the top tier of dangerous criminals and clearly not that bothered who saw him.
Under these circumstances I think it’s reasonable that the police could expect him to be armed and his behaviour was clearly dangerous and erratic at that moment. Not sure how anyone can still lay blame at the police’s feet in this case.

Fair enough. I just feel if the cops were aware that the car had been used in crime recently, even a shooting, and the driver also suspected of being a killer by shooting, he could possibly be packing some heat, no?
And he tries to get away and is willing to ram vehicles. He was desperate to get away and who knows what happens when he steps out the car? Will he surrender or come out with a gun? The cops don't know at that time.

They didn’t know who he was when he was shot.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
His actions in front of armed police identified him as someone who was happy to take that risk. I don’t think this was some kind of new situation to him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
LOL You dont really think that our armed policemen should be able to replace the legal and penal system and become the judge, jury and even executioner as and when it takes their fancy whilst out and about on our streets.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The judge did
LOL

Even when a police officer is found not guilty by a jury in a court of law, it seems that many are still determined to put the blame on him.
Bit ironic that…..

Its been all about ifs and buts,an Audi q8 could be more than possible to ram its way out of that situation, then the police and public would have been in danger of somebody who was not going to stop and could be armed, the means justified ends.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Escaping the police does not justify a bullet to the head.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh come on, there’s way more to it than that and you know this.
Then why did the jury find him not guilty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In response to the threat to life by a boxed in car surrounded by multiple armed cops, shoot the tyres.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Armed cops get less than half, on average, what a train driver gets. Easy to see why, they don't have any braincells.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jeez

Going by his own logic, I’d be amazed if Hector is even qualified to clean toilets.

I’ve not seen a single person say the officer is guilty.
This site is beginning to need a fact checker.

He put people at risk of their lives at the end of the day.

Must have missed this but. How so?

By trying to ram his lump of a vehicle through a block with officers around his vehicle is how.

You’ll say anything. I shouldn’t be but amazed you want joy riders shot, you know, if we’re just making things up.

That people are determined to blame the officer, that people were at risk while an unarmed man is boxed in and I could go on.
