As a general rule I try to keep a car until I think it’s going to start costing me money to repair, then cash in whilst there’s still value and get a new one.
Just done that actually. My car is 9 yrs old and has 150k on the clock, so got some money for it and have just gone electric for the first time. It’ll be drive charging so think it’ll be cheap to run.

It’s pretty much a personal choice issue as initial costs, insurance, inconvenience and the like all have to be considered before running costs.

Yeah, that's why many choose leasing for these types of cars to know up front how much it would cost throughout the life of the lease. Probably why the said Taycan have depreciated so much with such an amount of second hand stock. Replacement batteries aren't envisaged during the lease.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mine is leased. Bought my own a few times and never seem to time it right on sell and rebuy.
Then there’s the fact that I’m frivolous with cars at the best of times.

The oldest meat and fish markets in London, which date back 850 years, are facing permanent closure from 2028.
Smithfield meat market, near St Paul's Cathedral, and Billingsgate fish market in Canary Wharf are to be closed after the City of London Corporation voted to withdraw support for them.
The Corporation said it would now work with traders to help them find alternative premises.
Traders, who have been offered compensation, have said the move means a London tradition will be lost, with one saying "it's all about the money now".

150k in 9 years? The fack are you doing with it? Driving to Europe and back?

As a general rule I try to keep a car until I think it’s going to start costing me money to repair, then cash in whilst there’s still value and get a new one.

It’s pretty much a personal choice issue as initial costs, insurance, inconvenience and the like all have to be considered before running costs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, that's why many choose leasing for these types of cars to know up front how much it would cost throughout the life of the lease.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I drive mine until they stoop wurkin

Best thing to do for the environment, pretty much regardless what you’re driving.

The Zionist state of Israel arrested a Jewish rabbi who is anti-Israel and anti-Zionism. Jews who resisted the police trying to kidnap the rabbi from the neighborhood by car were attacked by the Israeli police.

Did you even read the article? The child was so malnourished that she resembled a seven month old rather than a three year old.

Lol has there actually been a worst London mayor in history than Sadiq khan, what has actually improved in London
All the history gone or going and basically just $hit holes full of stabbings, vape shops and Turkish barbers or betting shops
