Other funny moments I enjoyed:
Flashs vs Keaton in the kitchen
Flash calling Aquaman's dad
New Barry figuring out his powers
Barry meeting the room mates
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What did he say again, ‘You’re Aquamans Dad and you Wife is a goddess’
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes and they pan to him looking at his wife, who is some obese couch potato.
The plot holes or inconsistencies that I overlooked but still need to be mentioned:
-How did they get out of the lab, when Flash lost his powers?
-How did they know where Supergirl was located in facility?
-The soldiers shot first and asked questions later, but they later hold fire, whilst Supergirl is powering up?
-They show Zod's ship appearing at the start and it takes him until the end of the movie to actually show up?
-The battle in the dunes felt like it lasted an eternity when in reality, the Krytonians should have decimated the human solders. This was going on whilst Supergirl and the Flash were at Bruce's place.
-These guys were repeatedly accessing the speed force like it was an all you can eat buffet. You're not supposed to achieve those speeds in that short of a time.
-Keaton was too easily convinced by the Flash's. I expected more scepticism.
-I like the Batwing but how can you not show a scene with Batman in the classic Batmobile?!
-When they slid down that manhole, how did Flash manage to land cleanly whilst carrying Supergirl?
Having said that, I still enjoyed the film and the cinema experience and candidly, I would watch the movie again, once it's out on streaming.

Yeh, I mean my main problem was the CGI, I mean how is MOS better 10 years ago!
Hell JP is better, and that was 30 years ago!
But the chaos the story brings is felt similar to Last Action Hero, that’s why I brought it up.

What's Last Action Hero?

It’s a very underrated Arnold Schwar....?! 🤨
Hold up, I’ve done this dance before!
Just watch the damn film!
String spoilin Last Action Hero now ffs
There is only one DCEU movie left, before the Gunnverse begins and that's Aquaman 2. Will that suffer the same sort of box office kickback, due to controversy surrounding one of the lead stars?

I’m gonna go on out on a limb and say, Yes.
What’s the point. DC got some nerve expecting us to run to the cinema when they don’t even care themselves... nope, I won’t be going to see Aquaman 2.
Aquaman 2 was adjusted to fit the DCU. Whether that means they're moving forward with Momoa's Aquaman or just removed some cameos, or brutally murdered Amber Heard's character off-screen, who knows.

I enjoyed the first movie in the cinema but I suspect this sequel will suffer from all the reshoots. I'll wait for the reviews but I am also unlikely to pay money to watch it.
The latter is my top preference.
James Wan:
"I’ve had to make adjustments all along the way. The DCU has been through lots of different versions, and one of the things that was challenging about this film was keeping track of what’s going on.
Fortunately, the Aquaman universe is pretty far removed from the rest of the world. We’re going to many different underwater kingdoms that are not necessarily related to what’s happening with the other movies and characters, so we’re stand-alone in that respect.
So I can just tell my story on its own without being affected too much, but at the same time, I have to be mindful of what’s been happening."
Sounds like he's (mostly) still been able to make the movie he wants to make. Hopefully a shorter runtime as I feel that was a weak point in the first one (which I enjoyed).
So where does The Flash rank in the DCEU list?

Wow 14 movies ... What a shockingly massive waste of money from DC.
You can't put ww1984 above black Adam though. That film was a joke, the same as Shazam 1 and 2.
Black Adam was OK.
I enjoyed bvs ultimate edition but I agree, MoS was the best, and I'd put it higher than a lot of MCU movies for me
