Fair enough, I loved Transformers as a kid, and for that reason really enjoyed the first film even though it wasn't great. But yeah, the rest of them need erasing.

Maybe this will re-kindle some love for the Transformers (which lets face it are way cooler than Marvel/DC superheros etc)

I love X-Men. I thought First Class & Days of Future Past were good movies. Apocalypse was dreadful though and he's one of the biggest villains in their universe. He comes with everything you'll need from a villain and with a proper backstory and they still messed it up
I honestly feels like they should've spilt the movie into 2 parts.

Hopefully they come right again with Dark Phoenix.

Yeah agreed with the above post. I loved Logan as well.

Small bit of news: Dark Phoenix has been moved from Feb to June next year, with Channing Tatum's Gambit getting pushed back again. I'd be surprised if they actually made the latter.

As a non comic book fan, most of their movies were better than 90% of the rest of marvel films/all avengers to recent one included..which I haven’t seen. Definately all Spider-Man films.

Only Logan can be put in the same bracket as Marvel/Disney films

Logan was not bad. Not great though. Struggle to remember it now.

Logan was a bit too dark and drama-ey.

I guess that's the only way you can kill off one of the greatest comic book characters ever. Also Hugh Jackman is like synonymous with Wolverine now.

That is true. X-Men's universe is huge in itself. I wouldn't want them to follow the Avengers formula though. I think they seriously milked that idea. They should try something new.

Deal's not been completed yet, from what I've heard it's expected to be done in the first half of next year. It'll be a while before the X men join the MCU.

Marvel said recently that they weren't even thinking about X men until the deal was finalised, but I seriously doubt that. They'll have ideas and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens
