Tbh even without the musical stuff it's not a good film, the musical just means a lot of people will go in already on a negative note and will actively look for the flaws over the positives.

It’s not so much the realism or possibility of you breaking out in song and dance in real life…they just don’t make any sense in movies. Save it for the theatre.

I dunno, some of the most highly regarded movies of all time are musicals. And where's the line drawn on this? Plenty of classic Disney films have songs in them. And what about biopics about famous artists? Seems silly to me.

The only good thing about that film is mint royale’s remix of singing in the rain. All that prancing about singing can fack off

I don't think people singing feels weird and forced when you know that's the movie/episode, but the song also needs to drive the plot and not just be there for the sake of it.

Yeah Joker 2 wasn't great. The musical elements could have been done so much better. Film was slow and a bit boring at times.

Gaga could have made a great Harley with the right material.
