How did Gwyneth Paltrow become a Avenger too? I know Iron Man put her in a her suit once to escape but when did she start fighting the bad guys?

The consensus I've seen is that he was Peggy's husband in this timeline all along and just kept his head down over the years while past Cap went through everything we've seen (if that makes any sense )
--------
Problem with that is Peggy would have said something when they met again after he became unfrozen in 2012, and it would mean he got off with his niece
I think it's simply a plot hole that they hope people won't care about purely to give him a happy ending.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m pretty sure when he went back he started a new timeline
Timelines as I understand
- Our correct MCU
- Loki disappears with the stone
- 2014 Thanos disappears = no snap
- Captain America grows old with Peggy
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That was my understanding too MK, I assumed Cap jumped back into his correct reality after his Peggy died.
Only real problem I have with his ending though is it doesn't seem in his nature to sit around not fighting for 70 odd years, especially when he'd know everything that happens to people like Bucky.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He also knew that he had to let it ride out otherwise they wouldn’t of best Thanos I suppose.
Although I don’t think going that deep into is what is needed.
It’s a take on face value that he spent his life fighting for good so deserved his happiness in the end.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah I think it was tricky really to wrap it all up so you kind of have to just let certain things slip by, even though I'm not really a fan of doing that.
Hopefully a lot of the questions will be answered in the future films.

She killed the bad guy in iron man 3 after getting infected (?) with whatever that sparky sh't was
But they reversed it at the end during the montage when Tony was meant to be retiring
Always thought the mandarin idea in 3 was interesting but sheite execution

I think they just needed a reason to have her there at the end with Tony

OK this makes sense
A bit wrong calling Pepper an Avenger anyway...she's just supporting cast not an actual Avenger.
For me The Avengers up until Endgame will always be the OG 6...the others are the supporting cast and maybe future Avengers.
What does OG 6 mean? Pardon my ignorance
Cap, Tony, Black Widow, Banner, Thor and Hawkeye
Oh ok, I thought that, just wanted to confirm
I always thought there were an original 4 (Cap, Stark, Thor and Hulk), all the others were supporting characters.
Also assuming that Spidey's main group of classmates (Ned, MJ,etc) all got dusted or they would be 5 years older in FFH.
Basically if they were in that epic group shot in Assemble they are og

Yea it’s going to be easier for them to say they all got snapped otherwise it’s just a mess going forward
I hope they dont have another Avenger with Loki as the main villain now that he has one of the stones in a dimension. That story has been done and dusted.
I doubt they’ll do another avengers film for 4 or 5 years imo
I doubt they'll mess with time travel again until another epic battle. Take on the cosmos and one universe first then expand into a multiverse.
Frustrating that there's so less details about phase 4. We knew about Thanos for a long time.
X Men is the obvious phase 4

Or the F4. I want to see a villain with F4 connections next, like Galactus or Kang.
X-men need a break imo
Nah we need a break from the X-Men.
We'll just have to wait for The Eternals and see what their plans are.
Needs to be entirely recast and put in with the rest of the universe imo. But now Sansa is playing Jean, badly, I doubt they will.
Dark Phoenix should be the last of the younger timeline xmen films
I don't think F4 translates well these days for some reason
Is there a way to have Dr Doom without F4
Probs not
X-men is too much of a slow burner. Logan got me excited but they have gone back to the old method again.
