Disney have hinted that there will be an announcement of the Phase 4 films this summer, though I imagine it'll mainly be confirmation of the films Guv has listed above.

Anyone know much about Shazam?

Just watched the film and got a question about his powers.

When he gives powers to his family does he lose them powers or does he keep them all and then the family just get one each?

There's a version of the family where their power levels are split between them, i.e. if one is transformed they'll have full power, if all are transformed they'll get 1/6 power between them. Don't think that's the case in the film though.

Slight tangent here but I hope we get Black Adam in the DCEU soon, he interests me more than Shazam.

The Rock will make a perfect Black Adam in my opinion. DC are finally focusing on the standalone movies and they are gaining momentum. I have yet to see Shazam but I loved Aquaman and I am excited for Wonder Woman 2. Now we just Batman and Superman to be done right in their own movies, although I am a fan of Man of Steel.

Agree with these points, Man of Steel is quite underrated imo.

Shazam in particular nailed the kind of tone I want to see from the DCEU. There's a lot of potential in these films, would love to see them do their characters justice.

Batman rebooting was always fcked from the start being made in the massive shadow of Nolans trilogy

My problem is there’s been so many different Batman films I just can’t enjoy them.

Where’s for me all the MCU stuff is new and fresh.

the final act wasnt great, though aquaman was better personally

I dunno I liked the Ares reveal

Rewriting WWI was a bit weird and whoever wrote the story doesnt know sh't about Ludendorff as he was historically

Agreed, it's one of Snyder's best. Great film.

An older, cynical Batman would have been fantastic - if it was done right.

They could also have finally done justice to characters like Robin and Batgirl/Oracle. A Batman movie based around the Killing Joke for example could potentially be brilliant.
