Technically, he got revived in BVS. We all saw the dirt move on the coffin.

Alan Horn joining WB in an advisory role is significant although I don't think he's the guy overseeing everything. It's more advisory. Having said that it really looks like Zaslav is completely clearing house at DC Films which is great news.

And I'm not saying it will happen but with all the constant controversy and madness surrounding Ezra Miller I wouldn't be surprised if there are major changes made to The Flash before it's released if it's not even completely scrapped like Batgirl.

Obviously scrapping a 200 million movie would be insane but we're now in a reality where a near 100 million movie has been scrapped, never to be released. Anything is possible it seems.

Oh yeah BVS is a movie that exists

Seems unlikely they would scrap Flashpoint, as the new heads want to focus on big event movies and Flashpoint is certainly one of those.

I think all the TV stuff might be on the chopping board.

The new flash movie has a few things going for it compared to Batgirl

It has apparently tested pretty well
It cost $200m plus making it much harder to ditch
People signed contracts for a cinema release

The main issue is still Ezra Miller. There's enough time to rehabilitate him but they need to get to work.
