think in my life my highest was about 19

My highest ever is 30 but that was like 4 and half years ago.

i play snooker nearly every week....saturdays in rileys for 2 hours

only ever improved about 6 years ago, when for a while i was playing twice a week

highest ever break around 40 -45

when in form, my long potting is quite good

but the real skill the pros have is cue ball control...and that's where i fail (as most amateurs do)

What's the prices at Rileys like these days? I usually try and play snooker once a week. I tend to turn down a lot of long pots. My cueball control is poor too lol

David Gilbert leads 10-6 over Kyren Wilson whist Gary Wilson leads 9-7 over Ali Carter. Would be nice if both could win.

Ali Carter and Gary Wilson play this morning even though they played last night, they should play this afternoon instead, Judd Trump and Maguire play this afternoon and this evening, again they should play the morning instead of afternoon. No idea why this happens every single year!

David Gilbert wins 13-8, Judd leads 11-5, shame Judd couldn't wrap it up this afternoon, 11-5 still gives Stephen a slight sniff although unlikely but players have come back from that deficit before, 12-4 would defo have been game over.

Judd safely through with a 13-6 victory. Semi final against Gary Wilson will be a very tough game though. Really hope Judd doesn't take him lightly.
