Gordon is so overpriced, and he looks like Claire Balding. It's not like there has been much there to justify the hype. Just being young, English and scoring 1 in every 4 games is enough I guess.

Tottenham tying up the final bits and pieces of Pedro Porro deal — been told payment terms are now the last step as €45m fee could be paid in three or four installments ⚪️🏁 #THFC

Porro has agreed five year deal with Spurs weeks ago — he’s waiting.

Here we go expected soon.

I’d agree with that assessment when he played for Madrid & dortmund ( didn’t watch much of inter ).

His rave reviews are more for the final third of moves ie running onto a ball iirc

Yeah and that was what got him the rep at Inter as the best RWB in the world

Annoying how this has dragged right until the end of January. Could have been done a lot earlier by the sounds of it to the point he might have featured in some of this month's fixtures.

He's an idiot. His main goal is to get top 4 but he doesn't seem to understand that by dragging out signings they miss games in which they could make a difference in, that might ultimately end up the difference between getting top 4 and not.

We've met the release clause. This really should have been tied up earlier. I get that money can be wasted but if you're decisive and know exactly who you want, you go and get them for the asking price and don't haggle over the really fine detail. It's not worth it if that's your prime target. It's not just this one deal, its the fact that it's symptomatic of Levy's reign. There's clearly no priority in terms of getting players in early and therefore football isn't prioritised over finances.
