Reason they came in for son, 31 and on the decline. Shame he wants to stay probably 60 odd million we could do with rebuilding and that we won't recoup altogether this summer

Next summer hopefully.
These Saudi's are not going away. Rumours of Marco Silva going and Marcelo Brozović going too.
Every day or week there will be a new name. Salah will go there eventually too.
Tax free cash is tempting. I'll go if you wanna pay me
Ur no good at footy and aren't an oldie in the chelsie squad so no fanx

Everyone wants to take our money except Brentford
There's a few going who aren't that old. Neves, Ziyech and a few lesser names. Reckon there's some Saudi clubs who would happily take a bunch of Spurs' sheite

If this is true then this is very Paratici-esque
Get as many up to the line, before plumping for one
I dunno, Romano seems to think Will Vickery is a done deal and I don't think he's mentioned Mamardashvili at all.
Obviously he's not the be all and end all, but usually if there was a genuine link he'd have jumped on it
(Incidentally he's saying this morning that Spurs are still pushing hard for Maddison, so hopefully he does know what he's talking about)
So who’s the cheaper option to Maddison? Because that’s who we will be signing
Hatate and Scott could be on the list. Depends what the data says...
Hatate is a baller and not afraid to get stuck in either.
truth be told, I'm just happy with an overhaul of the squad
I think the current bunch are so stale and have contributed significantly to the tosh and toxicity around the ground
I just want to watch some fun football and like the team I'm a supporter of
I can't say either of the above has been the case for about 3-4 years now
Reckon we’re still doing the Paratici way of negotiating contracts with multiple players in 1 position, hope we get Raya or the Valencia keeper
When is Ange officially taking the reigns?
Apart from that lil 2 min clip when he first joined, haven't heard a peep from him

both of those would be cool and together probs cheaper than Madd
Watched the standard YouTube vid on Hatate - get the sense he's a player who looks better over the course of a whole game but he's clearly got excellent close control and a nice bit of bite to his game

Maybe we got it all wrong and some starting wingers are required

Scott is homegrown. Both will need bulking up abit for the prem, especially Scott. Not sure if Hatate will cope either but they paid £1.2m for him and his release clause must be around the £15m mark? No one knows really except for Ange probs.

I watched that earlier. Don't think I agree with it tbh. Think it focussed too much on the need for wingers when Porro and Son/Gil will do for now, and it didn't really touch at all on the fact that the current full backs don't seem to fit Postecoglou's system.
Also just assumed Kulusevski would fill one of the 8 roles (which I do agree with) but overlooked the fact that Bentancur won't be fit for months and beyond him there's nothing in the other 8 slot.
And it didn't suggest any names for LCB either.
The breakdown of his tactics were interesting though
I don't really agree with his analysis of Deki, think he's a pretty good 1v1 dribbler. That was one of the most impressive parts of his game in his first season with us, being able to go both ways past his man
You reckon he's a good fit for a Postecoglou winger though? I'm not so sure, but then when I tried to fit Conte's Inter system to Spurs' squad when he joined I got that completely facking wrong too
