Most of those players aren't sheite though. They're either decent players in their prime, or players who used to be class but are ripe for what Saudi is offering nowadays.

Not many of Spurs' cast-offs fit either category. Plus there's clearly some sort of link between Chelsea and Saudi.

If Rice goes to City I'd be tempted to put a bid in for Kalvin Philips.

I still think Winks has a lot to offer (not at Spurs) and will be really good somewhere else.
