Shame to lose him from the PL.

Palace are gonna have a lot of money burning a hole this summer. Eze Guehi and Wharton also on many radars.

Guehi been the best thing about England this tournament so far

Gonna be some bigger clubs than palace after him and no way he stays there

#thfc are lining up a swap deal with Southampton that would see Joe Rodon join the Saints permanently and 21-year-old Argentinian, Carlos Alcaraz join Spurs.

In Eze's case, we don't need him to fill a gap but such is his talent he would be a useful additional. If we don't buy him, I would rather us put those funds to other pressing positions in the team.

Are we not going down the route of Brighton using similar stat based research now to look for players? Brighton haven't had such a problem uncovering cheap under the radar players.

Why would we wanna be like Brighton anyway? They're not grate

Brighton have fallen off since last season but before that they were getting all sorts of hype for their recruitment in players and managers based on their gathering of stat based information, a model I'm sure I heard somewhere we were trying to use.

To be fair to Brighton they've had a lot of good players taken away from them, so understandable if levels have dropped.

I haven't been keeping up with Spurs news so didn't know we were linked to him but I guess we've got to trust our recruitment. We've generally been doing a lot better in this department now.

Agreed. I just want players who will fill holes in the squad and improve us. But I don't want anymore Timo Werners who are approaching their 30's.

Keep going with similar profiles of BJ, Sarr, Udogie, Micky and Drag.
