#Tottenham Hotspur is in talks to sell a minority stake in a deal that could value it at up to £3.75 billion and pave the way for Joe Lewis and his family to sever ties with the Premier League football club.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is seeking an investment that values the club at between £3.5 billion and £3.75 billion, including debt. While the terms of any deal have not been finalised, City sources expect Spurs to sell about 10 per cent. The club is being advised by bankers from Rothschild on the sale.
The financier Amanda Staveley, who brokered the deal for Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund to take over Newcastle United, is understood to be among the parties to have expressed an interest in Tottenham.
The club is also likely to attract interest from American investors.

Are we any closer to signing another forward or striker yet?
Been good work shifting players out of the club but we really need some extra cover in attack.

Werner, Gray, Spence and now Yang Min-Hyeok for Jan 25 is decent. Selling Rodon, PEH, Parrott and soon to be loaning Gil is ok.
Still lots to do in terms of selling and loaning out but plenty of time.

Yep staying humble is really helping.
I’m ready to build a squad for a cup run in 2028
Imo as a neutral you only really need a couple of top signings, a CF would allow Son to stay out left and a defensive CM would defo help?
I really feel Gray will develop into a good player given time, I saw him a fair few times last season and think that he has the physical and skill attributes that will move you on, to be fair it's all about patience but I appreciate that most clubs fans maybe don't have too much of that?

So Gil is gone on loan but not a mandatory obligation for girona to buy, wtf. Gil’s new contract better not have extended the duration or increased salary, hopefully just the release clause
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Extending it will maintain his value and spread whatever we spent/owe on him over a longer period, so its a good financial result for our books/PSR

He has a €15m release clause. Girona are in the CL and about so sell Artem Dovbyk to Roma for €35m. It's not like they couldn't afford €15m. Weird.

But he's a risk as he has hardly played and 15m is a lot to a club like girona. If this season is a flash in the pan they don't want to saddle themselves with massive spending when they may not be able to afford in a season or 2.
